Bee Safe Storage, Round Rock TX

The management at the Round Rock Bee Safe facility is excellent and helpful. As complicated as moving can be (in transition from one home to another in the Austin area so this is why we are renting a unit right now) Truly they have made it a very pleasant experience. It’s safe, clean, and an easy access - all the things you want in a facility. 5 stars absolutely!

Rent increased several months after moving in. Much cheaper storage available all over this area. Do not reccomend

Within 4 months, rent in my storage unit increased over 13%. Advertised online price was a good bait (they dont tell you about the required insurance and the proprietary key you have to buy from them) but before price increase, it was already 20$ a month more than the advertised price. This place is a rip off

Facility is new and clean, however my rent went up 20% at 6 months. In addition to the mandatory insurance, I went from an advertised price of $41 when the facility opened to a current payment of $64.

Definitely recommend using for storage! The facility is clean and convenient! Kathy and Dana are very friendly, helpful, and look out for their customers! Easy to reserve, great prices, easy to contact, I have no complaints. Great customer service, I definitely will be using again!

The associates working the desk were very friendly and efficient. From beginning to end, they were very accommodating and walked through the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone that has storage needs to come here.

Easy online rentals- got it at a great discounted price. (Our previous storage facility charged us double.) Everyone was super kind & helpful, and they even took us on a tour without me asking. The only downside is how warm it felt in there. Everything else was just so great!

Great customer service and care. Jorge provided great customer care and walked through the process for lease of storage units and the price for the units I was considering.

Facility is clean, office staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices seem competitive. Online prices were always cheaper than in person prices when I checked so look there first.

One star rating is because rental agreements can only be month to month and the company will adjust your rent to whatever they want whenever they want. They’ll give notice before increasing the rate but you have no recourse but to cancel your lease or move to a cheaper unit. It’s a dirty bait and switch business tactic and the company knows how inconvenient it is to completely vacate a storage unit so most people will just accept the price gouging.

I’d advise finding a facility that will honor long term rental agreements at a fixed rate.
