Behr House Bed and Breakfast, Fredericksburg TX

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway in Fredericksburg and the Behr House really helped make the trip memorable. We could not ask for more gracious hosts and it was hard to leave the beautiful house to go explore the town. The location is just outside of town, perfect for feeling like you're in the country but convenient enough for a 5 minute drive to Main St. The gourmet breakfast every morning was delicious as well. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back ourselves!

Very enjoyable! The whole place was extremely quiet and clean! The breakfast was amazing - homemade and different each day! The bedroom was large with a sitting area and en suite bathroom. The bathroom was also very large with a separate infinity tub and shower. The bedsheets were amazing! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting things to see and do. Overall we had a great long weekend.

The Behr house is a delightful place to relax while in Fredricksburg. Shelley and Jim made our getaway perfect with wonderful hospitality and delicious morning meals. The Behr House Bed and Breakfast is without a doubt a must stay while traveling in Texas.

Perfect place for a small wedding. The guest rooms were well kept & very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming & went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted/needed. The breakfasts were the probably the best we’ve ever had at a B&B & they were made with a couple of special food needs in mind. All in all, it was the special weekend we were all looking forward to.

We stayed at the Behr House for our first time in Fredericksburg. It is conveniently located on a beautiful property! The house is very nice and comfortable with a great backyard area and a fantastic fire pit! We stayed in the Friedrich room which is very spacious, with a great bathroom and infinity tub!
Shelley and Jim are wonderful hosts, and the hot breakfasts in the mornings were delicious!

We really enjoyed our time at Behr House. The attention to detail in the cottage and the amazing food and hospitality provided by Shelly and Jim were top notch. Quite the lovely respite from a busy Dallas life!

Shelly and Jim are awesome hosts. They make you feel so welcome and the entire B&B is so nicely appointed. The breakfasts are amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Behr House and will make it our home-away-from-home in Fredericksburg.

Jim and Shelley were the most gracious hosts! We felt like we had known them for a very long time! They made us feel tight at home! Gorgeous piece of property with lots of amenities!

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and now we want to stay at one everywhere we go because it was such an incredible experience! The owners are so nice and accommodating. Beautiful home and the Frederick room we stayed in was so big and spacious with a large bath tub. Best bath I've ever had! Home cooked breakfast every morning was delicious! Location is perfect! We will definitely be back!

The hosts at this Hill Country B&B really know how to make their guests feel special. Our room was immaculate and our breakfast divine. Outdoor spaces were gorgeous despite the Texas summer heatwave. Great recommendations for activities and places to dine off site. Thanks Shelly and Jim!
