Bel Air On Maple, Dallas TX

Bel Air on Maple treated me nothing but responsiveness and kindness. I moved from oversees and they could handle everything remotely. The property manager, Cecilia, was always helpful and friendly. Although I arrived late in the evening and the management was closed, they helped me out and I could sleep in my own bed on my first night. The apartment was clean and orderly. So far it was a pleasant experience.

Edit: After two months of living here, unfortunately I have to say that they have a lot to improve. Emergency response is poor. The area is not the safest. Security should be improved with additional gates to the apartments. Apartment itself is beautiful and comfy but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I hope things improve with time.

After moving, literally 5 different companies which were not the company I leased with are trying to collect. Charge offs on credit report blocked while the online rent payment portal I paid for a year's lease are not accessable. I left because druggies and hospital workers were overdosing and screaming in the parking lot with cops called (public record) and ambulances chasing crazed intoxicated people all the time. Dead humans by the bus stop (public record) and Salvation Army homeless shelter neighbor were not what I signed up for, nor will I stop reporting to media and rental org.until a level of professional conduct is reached.

Miguel the maintenance engineer is highly recommended as he is very professional and expert on issues in the apartment. He can fix it quick and reliable support.

This was my first apartment in US and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Very friendly staff. The new management is also living up to the same standards. Clean well maintained and safe apartments.
