The staff is very nice and attentive. Limited choices in styles and sizes at the physical location.

I dont shop at bulks they are way too expensive. Even with their constant discounts, it's just not worth it. My mom needed to go so I went with her. I struggle with makeup and perfume departments in the middle and just wish I could pass them by without getting a headache. Their shoe department might be nice. This is more of a clothing store than a home decor store, so im not sure why they bother. Their styles of clothing for women were mostly modern, some boho chic, but not in the grung or boho modern. It's great for women over 60.
Lastly, they only had one dressing room area open on a Saturday, and there was a line just to get a stall.

I was disappointed that the dressing rooms were so dirty. There were huge dust bunnies everywhere on the floor and it was apparent no cleaning had been done in possibly weeks. I finally decided to purchase some items and bring them home to try on. I will choose a different location in the future.

It's always so dang warm in this store. The cashier even had a personal fan aimed right at her!

Heather is an amazing employee. She was rock star who helped me as I was stressing. She was patient sweet nice and just over all one of your keepers.

This is kind of a dimly lit, vaguely depressing store that is not nearly as nice as Macy's or Dillard's locations. Went in on a Sunday morning to do a few returns, and the employees just looked.so morose. Like, I get it, I've worked food service, but like.damn it just created this really heavy and depressed vibe to the whole place. The returns were OK—definitely a little slow, as the person helping me apparently needed help from her manager to do all the returns, as she didn't know how—but it was fine. Would I be back to shop? No. Would I be back for routine transactions like returns of exchanges? Maybe. Depends on my patience level (and if I'm feeling like tolerating such a depressing space that day).

Wasn't shopping for anything, just looking. Saw some nice things at good prices. Will go again

I ordered boots for my daughter a few days ago. I never got a confirmation email. I checked on my order and it still says IN PROGRESS! Can't get a hold of customer service it just hangs up on you. Went through customer service on chat and he gave me a tracking number that's not valid. Seems like a shady website. Now I don't know if my daughter is going to have the boots she asked for for Christmas. I'll never order from them again.

Don't have enough personnel to attend to all customers.
I lot of wasting time waiting for someone's to assist to pay.
I count 3 employees working in the entire store in December.
I may think twice to come back.

The cashier was so rude. I did like some items. I will probably go to another store to purchase.

The Shoe Department use to be awesome. Now this dept seems to be an afterthought. True disaster.

We had such as wonderful experience today because of Grace. She was very professional, extremely kind and very knowledgeable about her job.

Clean department store with nice helpful workers. No one followed me around while I was browsing. I was able to shop in peace.

Didn't take pictures at this store. But I would not suggest it nor will I shop at one again. We looked all over for a store associate. Nope. Had to go to check out and ask the only woman around. We was looking for suits for a 10yo. Lol. They say they have them and you get there and nothing. Went to JCPenney's. Found what we needed.

Terrible wash job, back of car was still dirty, front of hood was not much better. I had been going there for 8 - 9 years or more.

I ordered off of the Belk website on 12/2/21 and it is now 1/5/22 and I still have no order and no refund. I have called at least seven times to get this corrected and called today and still no body can help me get this this resolved. Don't ever order anything that list Beauty & Ko marketplace.
It is a rip off and they just take your money and you never receive what you ordered. Customer service told me again today, it takes 10 days to get an answer from the Beauty & KO marketplace before I can get a refund. This is the second time I have ordered something from the website and never received the item. I use to love Belk but now I don't even want to shop with them anymore.
