Love this store.has excellent designer clothing for reasonable prices especially if you catch a sale. Very well kept store and service has always been friendly.

Very empty.really no employees to speak of for help or anything. Not a lot of selections. Almost like just enough to keep the doors open.

This is a great store with a wide range of offerings and decent prices, currently getting the beatdown from COVID from a customer and supply standpoint. Hope they survive, as they are a great place to shop.

Visited this store for the first time. I liked it but prices are not posted. Had to look up sale prices in store app! Too much trouble.

I absolutely love belk! I always thought of Belk as a discount store but I was wrong! The prices are great but the clothing is all high end made. I receive compliments on every outfit I have bought from here. Not to mention, they have the cutest clothes for little girls.

The only thing I did notice is there wasn't a lot of employees. That being said when ever we needed help someone was there to help right away. The prices on the sale items were great and the cashier helped us by using a store coupon which saved us even more. Great products, great sales. Over all we were super happy with our experience there

For the most part, the prices aren't that bad.if you can find a good clearance rack.
Overall the clothing is of great quality and I love their location in the Creekside area.

Loved having Belks Department Stores in several cities I traveled when working. Sadly none in San Anttyonio.

They have excellent sales and reduce regular prices on lots of different kinds of merchandise.

Love the discount racks here. I can almost always find something I am looking for. However with each department having it's own customer service desk we did have trouble finding help when no one was in that department.

I wish I had known Belk was pretty much a more-expensive Stage/Peebles/Bealles-like store before stepping foot into it. It was nice, I guess, for what it is. Unnecessarily expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is very well organized and it was easy to find the items we were looking for.

I got some shorts for cheap + the lady checked us out and showed us a coupon. Belk for the win.

Quality of clothing is not as good as it used to be. Whoever their buyers are Belks needs to hire new buyers.the current ones has little or no taste what so ever.their shoes sales room or lack there of lacks much to be appreciated.

Has gone downhill in last year. Hard to find associate to help you or check out, dressing rooms have clothes thrown everywhere.

Great variety of clothes and prices. There are great bargains and exquisite designer clothing options as well as homegoods make up and shoes.

Nobody offered any help. Felt unsure if I was in the right dept store. Could not find modern, misses clothes. Seemed more suited for retired women, which is all we saw in there.

I want to send my biggest and warmest Thank You to Paula Gonzalez and the staff for making my mother’s day. They went up and beyond and blessed us with a wheelchair so that my mom could get around and be outside for Mother’s Day but they didn't stop there. They provided her with a gift card and a basket full of goodies. We had an amazing day and we thank you from the bottom of my heart.
