Belk, Weatherford TX

Belk in Weatherford is fun to browse. Some standout employees in makeup and jewelry have assisted me. It can also be beyond reason the wait at some departments at times such as in jewelry. Not a fan of the way management has done things, as a rule. I haven't shopped there lately, as a result.

Clinique counter waited on me ASAP. It was the checkout that was unacceptable. The women's in the men's department had one checker at least eight people in the men and 10 in the women's section unacceptable for checking out poor management

This is an absolute joke of a store. I placed an order for pants online, regular length. They sent short length, which I can't wear. Mistakes happen, so I ordered again. Regular length pants and a Pride Snoopy tshirt. I received short length pants and a random grey tshirt.

If you enjoy paying for things you can't or won't wear, then this store is for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Time to open the dressing rooms! Buying clothes, taking them home, and having to bring them back defeats the purpose and causes more work on EVERYONE'S part! You still have to quarantine those clothes and it is a total inconvenience!

Worst experience ever ordering through them. I had been looking everywhere for sheets of a certain pattern and randomly found them when i was searching at belk, so I ordered them. Shipping was the normal 3-5 days, I think arrived in 3 days. I got the package and of the sheet set they only sent 2 pillow cases, I looked in the shipping label to see if for some reason the rest was back ordered which it said nothing about it so I went online and checked my order status, it appeared to be complete. I tried to call the wait was over an hour so I hung up and sent an email in with all of my information including the order number. Received an email back stating someone would be with me in 3-7 days, 7 days went by still had heard from anyone so I sent another email. Waited another 4 days from the second email and still no response. I called the number waited 35 minutes before the line hung up on me before I could speak to anyone, so I sent another email. Waited 7 more days then decided to see if by chance the live chat was open, or finally was and I spoke to someone who first tried to tell me I needed to check with my neighbors because they show the order was complete, then tells me there isn’t much that can be done because the sheets are now out of stock. They did however offer to send a shipping label and refund me once they received the pillow cases back, I have yet to receive the shipping label so I will just chalk this up as a lose and know to never shop here again.

Picked up a shirt and held it up in front of mirror to see if it might fit. Lady said I cannot touch clothes and asked for me to hand it over for it to be put into quarantine. I left

Lots of nice things but had trouble finding anything that would fit. I have odd measurements and many of the things wouldn't fit those places.

Okay if you are not 6'0" plus tall. Max pant length in store was 32" for the most part. Needs better selection.

Like the store. Bought some red boots. I had been looking for. And the customer service was very helpful.

Nice store to shop at. Has a nice selection of men clothing to choose from and the prices are excellent.

Not really a fan. I've purchased a few things, they just dont hold up.
I do like the make up section.
The shoe section is almost non existent except if you want fancy flip flops. The employees are very nice.
It's very hot on this store though.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Used my credit card to pay but declined me. I just paid it off. You lower my limit to 190. Wow it was higher. Not a good time trying to pay and not knowing what was going on here.

I love shopping the Belk Charity Sale! You not only get great savings, you are also supporting awesome local charities. You donate $5 to enter the sale, but they take $5 off your 1st purchase, it's a win, win situation!

Don't expect to use any of the coupons they send out. There is always a reason that you can't use them. They have high prices but awesome sales

Prices are Outrageous! But when they have their $1.99 sale its totally worth it.unless you get a employee who wants to argue with you about the price.

Good selection of great quality clothing at reasonable prices. Picked up 3 pairs of jeans for $60. Which is near what you would pay at Walmart except these will last alot longer

I like Belk, but their discounts/coupons they offer on their website and the emails they send me are not what they seem, it's really just a way to get you in the door.

Dissapointed, spend 75$ and reveive 15$ voucher to spend in a certain week. Had 3 vouchers, went back that week, tried to buy electric appliance for 40$, but could not use even 1 voucher, bc i had to spend again 75$

Lacking some better brands I have found at other Belk locations. Not well staffed and always hot in store.ugh.

The brown headed pretty lady in the Estelauder department is always smiling and always so helpful! If I can get her to check me out when I'm there I go to her. This is in the Weatherford store.
