Bell County Flooring, Belton TX

We got in touch with Bell County Flooring to see if they cleaned air vents, they told me yes and asked for the amount of vents we had in our house and let us know the price which were reasonable, and they came the next morning to clean them. The young guy did a very great job. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He also cleaned up after himself. I would reccomend Bell County Flooring to anyone that wants thier floors, carpets and furniture done. They also lay carpet and flooring. We were very satisfied. Thank you Bell County Flooring.

Hands down the best go to place for all your flooring needs! I have dogs in the house and they do a great job getting my sofa and carpets cleaned. They also did a great job installing new carpet in my hallway. Great people! You gotta go check them out!

This is the BEST carpet/flooring company around! The owner is such a pleasure to work with and the quality of the work is outstanding. We have dogs in our home that love to sit on our couch and we knew we needed a deep clean. Bell County Flooring came and explained all the chemical process and what needed to be done. They took their time cleaning the couch and made sure it looked perfect!

Gentleman came to the house and took the measurements said he would add 10% for waste so I trusted his measurements. I chose to lay the flooring myself because I was trying to save cost for the homeowner. I end up with 15 extra boxes of flooring. Of course their policy is no returns even if their measurements were obviously off. Cost me an extra $1000 + for their employees mistake. Product is fine but that really has nothing to do with the company. Take your own measurements. Lesson learned. Now to find someone who needs 390 sq feet of luxury vinyl.

I didn’t get a shampoo at all. Went over my carpet once! That’s it for $100. Hell No.it was awful. I wanted a good shampooing for my carpet! Especially since I explained my situation with my cat. So if you’re looking for a once over quick job. Then they’re the company you want

Wife and I went to there store over a month ago and spoke to Lacy about flooring. She was very nice and told us she would get her salesman, Cory, to come out and measure for new flooring and a price quote. Cory called and ask me to send him our address and days we would be home to meet with him. I did and waited for a response. A few weeks later, I called to inquire why no response. Was told Cory was busy but would have him call back. Still no call back, looks like they don’t need our business. I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

These guys are top notch, they do almost all our tile showers and backsplashes as well as our carpet for our construction projects. They have an amazing showroom and meet with clients to do product selections. Each time there is an issue they are on point to address and get it right! I highly recommend them!
