I’ve been to a lot of motorcycle shops and this one is by far the best. First off, the customer service from absolutely everyone I met was outstanding. I ended up purchasing a bike that day and was given and entire tour of the shop to meet everyone involved in making it such a unique experience. Since I wasn’t planning on riding the bike home that day, they even delivered it for free at a date and time of my choosing. And when the bike was delivered, the driver was extremely courteous and informative. He was in no rush and ensured I knew everything I needed to know about the bike before he left. I also have to mention the great rewards program with them. I’ll definitely be buying all of my gear from there.

I went online to view the inventory and had a couple of bikes in mind to look at. I was approached by my online representative who was extremely knowledgeable about all features of each bike, new and Pre-owned. Each person from the various departments were very friendly, helpful and took time to answer my questions. I came back the NEXT day and purchased an Indian Chieftain. There were other dealers that I COULD have gone to, but THIS dealership goes ABOVE and BEYOND, therefore they made a new and lasting customer

I’ve been riding motorcycles for almost 2 decades now and I’ve owned and ridden more motorcycles than I can count on multiple sets of hands. A few of these motorcycles have come from dealerships. I’ve had “OK” experiences with a megastore in the Austin area but nothing great or memorable. We live in a day and age where corporate America has taught us to get customers in and out the door as quickly as possible and while that may equate to lots of sales, dealers across the country now seem to lack that personable, human element. The folks at Bell County Motoworks are all such a fantastic team! My sales advisor Tessa was unbelievably patient with Me even after I phoned the store no less than 3 times before going in to visit in person. I was inquiring about a specific bike which they happened to have sitting in a crate. I was looking to trade in a vehicle so I rode it up to their location and upon arrival Tessa had already worked some magic and had a technician prep the bike so I could see it. Their showroom was clean and uncluttered and I had Tessa’s undivided attention. My trade in was inspected and I was sent a very fair trade offer from Eric Hermanson whom is the Manager at this facility. The next day I had Him send a purchase order to my credit union and was able to pick up the bike the following morning. Eric even helped me load the motorcycle into the bed of my pickup truck. Bell County Motoworks has what we all miss when buying a vehicle - that personalized service from a smaller shop. If you are in the greater Austin area and are in the market for a new or used motorcycle then taking a 50 mile drive up to Temple is absolutely worth it. I just have to say this is the best dealership you can go to.the staff is amazing super friendly knowledgeable overall 10/10 they treat you like family it’s just amazing. Even the sales manger is extremely friendly when it came down to my first 500 mile check up, I thought it was a free service but he ended up competing half the fee and saving me money if you want to buy a bike this place is where it’s at.

I’ve been to 11 dealerships in the past 6 months since I bought my Challenger. Lani and Caitlyn were very welcoming. A previous dealership stated they had submitted a case on my bag lids (both had a manufacturing defect) and stated it was denied. When I checked the other dealership in fact hadn’t submitted it. Lani got to work with the photos she took and submitted it. She got it covered and new lids installed in less than 2 weeks. Thank you!
