Bell Frisco at Main Apartments

I've lived here for two years now, and I have seen the management and admin team grow tremendously during this time. India is the best hire that they have made so far - she's solution oriented, a great listener, and very approachable. The recently hired members of the maintenance team are also very courteous and responsive. Keep up the great work!

The leasing manager Mrs. India is amazing at apartment tours and breakdowns of numbers and the overall package at Bell Frisco. I 10/10 recommend her to guide you through your process.

I enjoy the professionalism of all the staff. The front office staff is very welcoming. Any concerns that I bring to their attention is quickly taken care of. The issues may not be earth shattering or world stopping but to them it is. They immediately deliberately, focus on rectifying it. From maintenance to other staff it is obvious that they work as a team to make sure that the residents and residence are well taken care of. They demonstrate high standards of operation that makes Bell Frisco feel like a community.

Do not allow Blanca De LaCruz (co manager) handle your application process! She is very unprofessional, puts her personal life ahead of her job duties, and most importantly DENIED my application BEFORE EVEN screening me! Which is backed up by PROOF, so I knew she lied. She took our money to apply and denied me when it was never scanned in the first place. Feels like discrimination to deny a person when the application wasn’t even sent off to the 3rd party (Rent Grow) to even be screened. Completely wasted 5 days and money working with Blanca when we could’ve been in another complex by now! When confronting Blanca her excuse was “sorry I was rushing out of the office that day” yet she took the time to email me “DENIED” when it wasn’t even looked at or processed EVEN after PAYING for the process! BLANCA is straight up LAZY!

So far so good. Amazing staff, particularly India Anderson. Helpful from day one and answers all you questions and concerns. Could not have asked for a more pleasurable leasing process. Thank you so much. Me and my family are excited and look forward to being part of the community. Again, a super special thank you from my family to India Anderson. Professionalism at its finest.

Terrible leasing experience with Bell Frisco. Signed my lease on 04/12 for move-in on 05/01 and I am notified on 04/28 at almost 4pm, less than a business day from my upcoming move-in, that the apartment is not ready and will not be ready till 05/26. As anyone can imagine in this situation, I am left scrambling to undo electricity activation, change of address, internet setup, etc. As well, experience financial loss and the stress of having to find a new place in less than a week. Steer clear of this property, combing through their reviews, it is not the first time it's happened. They'll of course respond that unexpected things happen and they did what is best, blah blah blah. Simply, they just suck.

India, Leslie and Blanca have been amazing during this rental process. They made it so smooth and relaxing. The customer service at this complex beyond great. I am looking forward to moving into my apartment. They are so spacious and I’m still in my area I wanted to be in. Anybody looking for a nice gated community and friendly staff please visit Bell Frisco at Main Apartments

I went and looked around the property and it’s quite! Their pool area looks like a hotel. I’m looking forward to moving here

I scheduled a tour and was assisted by India. She was wonderful from start to finish and the property is beautifully kept. If you’re in the market this property is definitely worth the visit! Out of all of the properties I’ve visited this one was a standout.

LOVE the staff at Bell Frisco! India (leasing agent) has been so friendly and attentive from the time I came to tour in person and throughout the entire application process. I experienced multiple glitches in the application system because of technical difficulties and she and her team have continuously worked around the clock to ensure this entire process was a smooth transition for me. This complex also has a very suburban feel so if you are a "transplant" resident who is moving from a different state and have lived in the suburbs of a major metropolitan city, I strongly encourage you to check out this complex for yourself!

The apartments looks beautiful and the leasing office staff are really cool and hospitable

The maintenance team has been great at fixing my service requests for my apartment. Mr. T fixed my latest request due to my ac blowing hot air. After a new filter and some Freon, it was back to working properly.

The maintenance staff responded immediately and efficiently to my request. The leasing staff responds immediately and seeks to solve the requirement immediately. Thank you!

I toured these apartments and these are definitely in my top 5! The reason why this place gets 5 stars is because of my experience with India. She was fantastic and really when above and beyond making me feel welcomed. I would love to work with her again and truly enjoyed meeting her! Wish all leasing offices had people like her!
