If I could rate this place a zero I would. Booked an appointment for Saturday on a Thursday with the owner named Natalie. She asked me for the brides name, how to spell it. Showed up all the way from Dallas ten minutes early for our appointment. Just to be told that there was no appointment under the brides name. When asked to speak to Natalie the owner claimed to not remember me speaking to her and that she was busy. So the best they could do was make us wait two hours before being seen. Mind you we spoke four different times I showed my call log yet they didn’t care. Wasted time, gas, and received terrible treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your money will you will be appreciated and served properly.

If there was a Zero rating I would give that. I had an appointment this morning at 10am, I arrived at 9: 45am waited in my car until 10am. When I went to the door to enter the shop, the doors were locked. My friend was with me and we waited for awhile, we even knocked on the door and no answer. We waited a little longer by this time it was 10: 15, no one ever came to the door and we knocked a few times. There are cameras at the door so they can could clearly see that we were at the door. I will never book another appointment with them. It is not my job to call the place to see what's going on, it is their job to call if they were late or not opening. By the way since I got there early I saw a few different people entering the Delivery only door, so I know there were people working.

Rude staff! Attendant had poor attitude and was so unattentative. Beautiful dresses - poor staffing!

Horrible service!
At the beginning it was going good! Got my girls to order everything until 2-3 months before my wedding they were giving me hell. They accused me of STEALING when in reality it was their fault because of false communication with me and their team. They pretended to call me and say they have been trying to reach me when i never got a single call until those 2-3 prior months. They do whatever they want. They had put in the order for my bridesmaid without one “supposedly not” paying but yet she received a confirmation email of her payment when they stated that they are not able to put the order in without all payments but they went ahead and decided to put it through without any communication to me. When i went to pick it up I clearly asked the girl there if there was anything i needed to do before i take all of them and she was like no you are good to go. And then i was clearly accused of stealing multiple times. Hate the service and communication this location has! Worst! Never in my life have i ever been accused of this! They wanted to start communicating with me 2 months before my wedding!

They were so helpful with helping me pick out my bridal party dresses. They use a great online platform where everyone can vote and pay on the favorite dress. Seamless process! Highly recommend.

Terrible experience at Bellas. I was coming in to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress and was instructed to call prior to arriving, understandable (COVID). The problem arises when I call several times and no one answers. I was trying to figure out where I can park one, but two, I wanted to check in so I can actually get fitted. The whole time I called I could see the woman in the reception area sitting in a stool while the phone rang, no one picked up all four times I called. Due to no response I was eventually forced to walk to the business because no one picked up and my appointment time was approaching. As the woman unlocks the door she asked how she can help, I mentioned my appointment and asked what the protocol was when ever customers call and no one answers (in my case I had an appointment). She then responded, she was taking calls from other customers and this is why she couldn’t get to the phone. What’s more embarrassing is the fact that I could see her from my car literally just “sitting” there.not taking any calls and worse there was another employee there with a customer.so the truth is she could have picked up the phone. I was not given an apology for their lack of response which makes the situation worse. My time is of value too and I am a customer, if it wasn’t for a close friends wedding there is no doubt I would be spending my money here. Customer skills are imperative specially in a customer based setting, experiences such as today will keep customers like me and others from shopping at Bellas.

My experience was wonderful! EMILY WAS AMAZING. She literally treated everyone so sweetly and she was very attentive to what I was looking for, she was really quick into finding my dream dress for my bridesmaids and maid of honor. I gave her a few details of what I was looking for and she went right on it and brought a load of dresses to look at. In the end we found the perfect color and perfect dresses. Thank you again Emily, you were amazing. I would recommend her and this place to anyone. The dresses were all beautiful and so many selections.

We had one on one service experience which was great. She was very sweet and helpful. They have a nice selection and are priced fairly.

My experience at Bella Bridesmaids was absolutely amazing. Brianna was extremely helpful. I only went one time and I’ve already picked out my dress. Brianna helped me stay in my price range and still pick out beautiful dresses. Thank you Bella Bridesmaids and thank you Brianna!:)

Not very friendly. They measured my maid of honor wrong. They told me her dress was designed to be able to be let out at least and inch. That one inch would have solved the whole issue. I took it to three tailors and none of them were able to find where the dress would be able to be let out. When we picked up the dress they basically handed it to us and scurried is out of there. When I called them they were not able to do anything else about it and sounded like they didn’t care much. The initial appointment was ok. My others bridesmaid dress fit fines but the way they handle upset customers is not ok. Do not go here you are NOT able to return the dresses if something goes wrong and they do NOT do much to help you if something does go wrong. They do not even apologize.
