I enjoy living at Bella Ruscello. Apartment is quiet and Nora in the front office has always been very helpful.

The staff is very grateful and friendly they are the best I’ve ever had to deal with. When I arrive my apartment was not ready due to 3rd party, but the awesome manager and crew got right on it. She took time out and got me into another apartment not to mention she called all the maintenance crew to get right on the apartment to get it ready they were all in here cleaning together including the manager she is awesome. I can’t say enough about the staff they are all great. She made sure that my move went smoothly she deserves a raise. She was sweeping wiping down counters. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

The ladies in the office just made my new year better! Thank you for what you all did for me today!

Horrible apartments. Outdated appliances. Horrible office management. DO NOT EVER GET BEHIND on rent at these apartments, you will never be able to catch and they have no compassion for people. I wish the old managers were still here. Autumn and Laura do not know what they are doing. Pool is very noisy during summer months people hop the gate and use the pool when it is closed late at night on week nights.

FYI - after I made this comment I got a call from the office manager asking me to take it down.but they asked me to put my apt number in the review.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years. When the ice storm happened a couple of years ago a pipe burst in the apartment above me. The roof of my unit was molded. The management was horrible about renovations. They had to rip up the carpet to replace the padding underneath. On move out day I was charged with a carpet repair fee because of the needed repair. Management is rude, slow at managing your needs, and avoids issues. Future applicants, you can do better than Bella Ruscello.

Very quiet and peaceful. Theres food places, gym and barber shop. Costco, papas bar b q. Popeye Starbucks subway, etc.

The office staff is very helpful and professional. The maintenance crew quick to respond. Beautiful landscape over all good place to live.

I've had the privilege of calling this apartment my home for the past four years, and it has been a truly delightful experience. Here's why I'm so pleased:

Location:
The location is absolutely perfect. Has easy access to parks, restaurants, and public transportation. Commuting to work has been a breeze.

Maintenance:
Maintenance deserves a standing ovation. They are incredibly prompt and efficient. Any issues, no matter how small, are addressed in record time. It's evident they care about the well-being of residents.

Amenities:
The amenities are top-notch. The gym, pool, and communal spaces are well-maintained and offer a great place to relax and socialize. I've truly enjoyed these facilities.

Management:
The management team is excellent. They are courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist.

Noise:
The apartment is incredibly quiet. You can hardly hear your neighbors, making it a peaceful and serene environment to live in. It's been a haven of tranquility.

Security:
Security is paramount here. The building is equipped with modern security systems, and I've always felt safe. The access control is top-notch.

Value for Money:
The rent is certainly reasonable given the quality of the apartment and its amenities. I feel I've received good value for the price.

In summary, my four years in this apartment have been nothing short of fantastic. The location, maintenance, and overall living experience have exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place as a wonderful home for anyone.

Under new management.and they are not very professional. Takes days for maintenance request to be responded to vs previous management responding within 1-2 business days. Very expensive and amenities are outdated.

If I could rate this property a negative 0 I would. Not for the property, the property itself is nice. But for lack of response. I guess it’s partially my fault for applying for this property again, after the experience I had applying the first time. Getting a response to anything from this property is like pulling teeth! Lack of response is the reason I withdrew my application the first time I applied. I wanted to give this property another chance, and it’s the EXACT same experience as the first time around. At this point, I don’t even care about losing the reserve fee, I’ll NEVER apply for this community again & I don’t recommend applying here.

Been here for 2 years now and definitely love the area! Ive only had two issues which once I let Marilu know she got that taken care of asap! Awesome staff, community is always clean and neat.

This is very nice complex. The are conveniently located near the major highway. The grounds are always clean.

These are the best apartments I have stayed in since moving. They have a wonderful office staff. The property is always clean. You constantly see that maintenance is on the property working. Really great there isn't a lot kids or noise. Highly recommend.

Bella Ruscello apartment staff was very professional. They was patient and showed me several units until I found the perfect one. The office staff carefully listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I were looking for.

Been here through management changes for about 7 years and by far this is the best management company Bella Ruscello has had. The office staff Twain, Nora, and Marilu are amazing. Maintenance comes on time, if needed. I love it here.
