Dental service excellent but administrative service needs improvement (billing info & appointment)

Staff very personable yet professional. Explained my intentions and desires to Dr Gibson and felt that she listened intently before addressing my concerns and developing a mutually agreeable plan to rectify my dental issues. At this point I HIGHLY recommend this practice for your dental care

Excellent staff, very courteous and professional. The assistants are always very knowledgeable and detailed. Dr. Gipson is the best, she explains every procedure in detail and carries them out with the greatest of care. I've found a dentist for life. My family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Bella Smiles dentistry. Upon entry, all was very inviting and calm like my personality. The office staff and clinicians were very professional and easy to speak with. Dr. Gibson was very thorough in her explanations and all was easy to comprehend. I explained to her my history and she listened to my needs after her clinicians did an extensive work up using a variation of X-rays, photos, and other diagnostic tools. Based on those outcomes, Dr. Gibson was able to give me a detailed plan of action for my dental care. Her care team discussed my options and process to reaching my dental goals. Before I left the office, I set several appointments to get my journey started. I am very excited to have her as my new dentist. Her practice came highly recommended from a friend and I see why this is. I look forward to better dental health.

She is so good at what she does and staff is so friendly. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and it only took her a couple of seconds and I was out the door. I was amazed how fast it was and with no pain.

My daughter has autism, the staff was very friendly and really worked diligently to ensure she was comfortable. The office was very clean and again the staff was very friendly.
