Bella Via Apartments, Fort Worth TX

Quiet little cozy place. Watched a friend’s apartment while he was out of town. It’s not in a great part of town, was kinda worried but after the first night, I had a totally different opinion. His neighbors were so nice and assisted me with any and everything I needed, I felt like I was at home. The inside is real cute and outside is totally manicured very nice!

These people are very noisy, I don't think anyone has a job bc they are up all times of night screaming laughing partying etc. Trying to live below my means to get a house but this is not working, people stay outside all on the stairs, I work from home there is music blasting, asking to turn it down does no good 15 min later back up. If I could give zero stars I would
Update: still loud, fights in the middle of night can't walk up are down stairs due to people drinking and smoking on the steps. Trash everywhere. Read this and know what you are getting into. I have now been with out AC for five days, do you think management care ac unit was suppose to be ordered so I'm going to be in the heat a few more days. People feel they can talk to you any kind of way bc of the area you are in. Little do they know I have education, I'm saving money to relocate to something better. This is why communities go down people are in positions that don't care for others well being.

10/10 went by there today seen a post on Facebook and decided to go by there and I must say I felt welcome the minute I walked in we talked about everything I can’t wait to move in Thanks again Joe you the best

The new manager is absolutely helpful and nice. And the apartment is big and spacious than my last one.

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with amazing staff at the front office. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I want to give a big "WOW" to Joe, has made my move-in really smooth and answered all my community questions. I look forward to staying here for a while.

We just went to visit someone there The places are a little trashy definitely looks like a slumlord village! They really need to update and clean up their fencing, make sure the doors to the buildings apartments or condos have good secure locks and their flooring is atrocious

How you get in contact with the manager. I've been trying to contact the manager concerning an unit I suppose to be renting. There's no office on Bella Via property and that's messed up. Please help me out.
