Bellagio Nail Bar reviews
14Nancy and Kenny are the best! Had an amazing experience. Service was so good! I will definitely be back!
One of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon. The people are very friendly and talented. I received so many compliments on my nails the same day. Lisa took good care of me.
Got my nails done on Sunday. This is day 3. Already chipped and gel polish is lifted above the cuticles.got a mani pedi gel that first came out to be $73. Then they stated I need to pay an extra $25 because of the gel polish totaling to $98 for this. Way too overpriced for nails that don’t even last.
Charged me $47 for classic manicure $5 extra for gel and then gave me the least amount included from menu. Will not be going back.
2/5 stars. I’ve been here a couple times because it’s convenient and close to where I live, but I’ve never loved my nails leaving this place. I’ve always been disappointed and thought that the next time I go I will be satisfied. Unfortunately I think today will be my last time giving them a chance. I went in today for a really basic NexGen set with a chrome top. From the moment I walked in I was feeling pressured to get more services done (the lady asked me if I wanted a pedicure 4 different times. I overheard one lady tell a customer that it was time for her to get her eyebrows waxed… how rude? !) I can appreciate the hustle, but there is a fine line between up-selling and insulting someone. I had 3 people touch and start my nails before I had one guy finish them. I was confused on who was doing my nails. The guy who ended up doing the majority of my nails was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. My nails from afar look nice- but up close they are uneven and thick. I was feeling okay about them until I got to the register and saw that the total came to $76 dollars. Their prices listed are not what they charge. Their reasoning behind the up-charges makes zero sense. Before I got up to the register the woman at the front pretty much cornered me and told me that I had to write a review, I felt hesitant- but then she told me a couple more times that I had to write a review, normally I do not feel the need to go online share this kind of thing, but she insisted… so here you go… here is my honest review of Bellagio Nail Bar in Plano, Tx.
Wonderful experience. Lots of upgrade service options. Left feeling very relaxed & pampered.
I got gel nails done with Cindy. So was so sweet and I loved how my nails turned out! Very friendly and clean environment. Will come back again soon!
Never ever ever ever come here. The wait was over two hours with an appointment and they refused to honor the services requested
Kenny did an incredible job on my nails and was able to replicate exactly what I asked for! I will always come back to Bellagio Nail Bar:)
Best nail salon I have been to! Kelly always does an amazing job on my nails. And such great prices.
I have been going here for a while but the service is terrible now. I love had to come back to get mine redone and they promised they would be ready for me. They weren’t. Very dissatisfied
While cutting my cuticle the nail tech (younger male, didnt get his name) cut my middle finger way too deep and it was bleeding profusely. I wish i got a picture before i washed my hands when i got home. When i told him i was bleeding he basically ignored it and shrugged it off and continued putting on polish! He could have changed the situation by stopping the bleed with a warm towel but wanted to act oblivious to it. Never going back.
A friend of ours told us about Bellagio Nails so me and my wife decided to give it a try and we were pleasantly surprised! Not only does the interior of the shop look very luxurious, we were treated the same way. The customer service was amazing, the workers were friendly and we were well attended. They even offered us a free wine or margarita, something we’ve never gotten anywhere else. We both got pedicures and they did an excellent job. I’ve got a little bit sensitive feet so sometimes I’m worried to get pedicures, but not once we’re my toes nicked or hurt. The owner even came around to check in with us towards the end, which was a nice touch too.
Overall we really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience and will definitely be coming back to Bellagio Nails for our future appointments. Would highly recommend to others too!
