Yesterday I stopped by to ask for the copy of the CD The staff was nice to print the report and told me to wait for an hour I told her that I need to go to work and would pick up tomorrow morning. She agreed with it Today I came back and another man helped. Unfortunately he did not find out anything, neither report nor CD I was told to wait in 10" Now it was almost 40" and I am still waiting with the explanation that it takes time to make a copy for all X-RAY and CT SCAN I did here since 2011 It was not a professional explanation. I knew it! That is why Yesterday I did not wait and told them that I picked up today Very disappointed!

I took my mom here several times and had a great experience. Was unsure as first because of the reviews but my doctor recommended it. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. First time we went we came straight out of the doctor’s office and didn’t have an appointment but the front was so accommodating in squeezing us in even going as far as running to the back to ask the tech to add us. But definitely tip to avoid the wait and hassle is to call before and make appointment! Sometimes wait runs a bit but to me the convenience and service is worth it over going somewhere else. Most importantly everyone here made my mom feel very at ease. Being able to speak Vietnamese and being so patient and explaining everything to her meant a lot

I came here for an abdomen CT and I liked the friendliness of the staff. I was immediately greeted upon walking in and they clarified any misunderstandings I had. I was checked in quickly and the front desk was very helpful. I was in and out pretty quick and I would definitely be back in the future if needed. Thank you Bellaire Imaging!

I was promised to have CT scan 1: 30PM, but waited for an hour +, when the whole clinic is almost empty, my name is still not called.

I don’t get it. I guess I will not come to this office next time and I will remember it.

Strongly not recommended if you value your time.

I had my MRI done on 5/31. They said they would send the results to my Dr. On 6/11, I called because they never sent my results. On 6/13 they still were not sent. My Dr's office called them asking for the results to be sent. Still no one sent them. I called on 6/13 and was just emailed my images but not the report. I had to driver over an hour and a half on 6/14 to pick up my report because the staff are unreliable & unprofessional. Don't waist your time or your money here.

This place asked for cash but they did not post the sign. I have waited for
1 week to get a CD copy of my MRI but secretary told me the doctor has not release. I just asked for MRI copy it is not result. I need to have a copy
for my specialist to look at it. This place is very bad place to come

Very good professionals, nice and fast (if you are on time and have an appointment) super clean. Very busy at times so I recomend to make your appointments over the phone.
I admit front desk needs a bit of improvement.

On a good note, the service was fast. On another, they don't "allow" you to even ask a question unless you have signed in and waited to be called. I heard them tell several customers that there were other people in front of them and they would literally point to their sign in sheet. How rude is that? ! Then having to wait an hour or so just to ask a question or make an appointment? Very rude service!

Radiologist (doctor) reports results pretty quickly, though they need to work on their front desk staff.

This center will ask you to pay for a service even it is covered under insurance. Then they will never refund the money even they receive insurance reimbursement. It is a Scam!

The entire experience here is phenomenal. Their facility is very clean, the people are extremely professional, and the technicians are the most engaged technicians I have ever seen. The ear buds work great, which for MRI is critically important to comfort. The last part is their reporting is incredibly detailed. They spend an enormous amount of time getting your report finished accurately and in detail so your doctor can make a real assessment for you. For those of us who live in constant pain, knowing that you are getting the best care is really important.

Called to ask for information, the lady (sounded Asian) on the phone was absolutely rude and uninterested on providing any help. If over the phone they are like that I don't want to know how it is to be in their office and request services. Won't be going there.

Ridiculous service, if you aren't asian. We get it, you're in Chinatown and a majority of your customers are Chinese but its very inappropriate to not even acknowledge other customers. Also frequent excuse is tech is not available.

They have terrible service here. I was told I could just come in anytime of the day while they are opened, but that's not true. I get there and they say, there tech is not available. "

Efficient and friendly staff in a nice facility. Small but very well done changing rooms with lockable storage so you're things are safe while you're getting scanned. I'm going to keep them in mind anytime I need something done.
