Thankfully his assistant found Bellaire Shoe Repair! They look brand new! Now this Rona needs to get out of here so we can go out!

Excellent craftsmanship and honest, top-notch customer service! In today’s word it’s damn hard to find individuals who have applied themselves to become outstanding at their craft, and I am pleased to have found this shop. I’ve had boots repaired and shoes resoled here, and am consistently impressed by the quality of their work. Can’t say enough great things about this business.

Been a customer for 5+ years now and my mom was for years before me so I’ve always trusted them. Bought a pair of red wings 7ish years ago had them put a leather slip down the back because the waterproof liner had become detached from the leather and started ripping. Then my soles literally dry rotted off and they were able to replace them with the same vibram soles. Now they’re doing a wallet for me out of Gator! Will never go anywhere else and neither should you.

Don’t trust these guys with a delivery date. They were two days late from what they promised on a pair of shoes I needed for a business trip. Had to go buy a new pair.

Amazing! I brought in 4 pairs of shoes that were in HORRIBLE shape-im talking flapping soles, scraped leather at the toe, socks peeking through, heel caps fell off and heels worn down from neglect.

I bought them in, and Jason and his crew not only fixed them to look better than when I bought them, but did so ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

They lost a Coach purse of my daughter's, and made no offer whatsoever to pay for it or replace. They said they can't find, and so what. Not a good business.

They took a pair of battered old boots and remade them. All I asked for was to resoul them. Now they look and feel great. They buffed them, restitched the insides, got the heels right and all. I will be back in a few weeks with another pair of boots.

I have been there twice in the last 30 days. Had boots worked on. First time was to have the sole re-sewn, they did a good job. When I picked them up I had toe and heel "plates" added. They did so while I waited. Second trip was for full soles and heels on a different pair. Again, they did a good job. When I picked them up, I asked to have the inside heel cushions on a third pair re-glued. They did that at no charge. Boots were ready each time on promise date. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.

The most nostalgic and experienced shoe repair store in houston! You have to love Andy and his family. Had new soles put on a pair of Sidi racing boots for my motorcycle. Turned out great, and they even polished my boots! They looked BETTER than new. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. Poor workmanship. Have waited almost 3 months for a simple zipper repair on a backpack. Pathetic! THE WORST SHOE SHOP EVER.

Over the past 6 years I've taken a variety of items to Bellaire Shoe Repair. Not only do they perform top quality repairs, but the prices are surprisingly low. I've recommended this shop to several friends who have all later thanked me for the advice.

Very friendly, excellent service, and excellent work. They replaced heels and leather soles of a pair of relatively expensive boots I wear every day, and their work was fantastic. The soles they put on are higher quality than the originals. Oh, and they gave the boots a fantastic shine. Will definitely be going back. When I was there, I saw several obviously regular customers. It's obvious why they have been in business for so long.

Not happy at all and go elsewhere. You are wasting your time and money! I came in to have the zipper of my boots fixed and was told to come on tuesday. I came in on Wednesday and he could not find my boots. I was told to come back on Friday, which I did, and yet, he could not find my boots either. I told him that I was very unhappy because I am living the country the following monday for good, and I needed my boots to pack them. He told me to come back on Saturday, but I replied that I come here by bus and right now I need to clean and empty my place! He said, we will call you first thing on Saturday morning (today) and we will deliver them to you. I just give them a phone call and they still do not know where my boots are! This is a shame, because I have the feeling that they do NOT CARE AT ALL! I certainly do not feel a valued customer. I told him that if my boots are not ready, find them and give me my money back! This is not worth the trouble! Note that he never offer to fix my boots for free, despite the trouble! At this point, I only hope that I will get my boots back!

I dropped my favorite pair of suede booties off here, initially just to have the heel stub repaired. Seeing that they were worn and discolored they also said (for a $6) charge that they could recondition the suede. I am beyond thrilled with the way my shoes look now! Almost new! They also fixed some of the nicks in the patent leather heel. Will definitely be taking my shoes here from now on

I've always liked the work Bellaire Shoe Repair does but NOT now. I took two pair of Dansko shoes in and paid $45 for each pair to have them resoled. This was a lot but the shoes were in excellent condition except each heel was wearing down on one side- this after having the shoes probably two years.

After they were resoled by Bellaire Shoe Repair and I wore one pair less than 10 times, the heels are already half as bad as they got in two years before. When I took them back they said I'd have to pay more to have them fixed again. To me this was not good customer service and I won't be back! A good business guarantees there work!

For almost 45 years I have been a customer. It has offered wonderful service and quality work. I would not go anywhere else.

This is a very professional shoe repair shop.they do a good job and do it quickly. The price is right and customer service is excellent!
