Incredibly friendly staff, great drinks and prices… and the work is top tier. Had both a manicure and pedicure with my GF, and they took amazing care of us both, plus her nail design… FIRE!

My Manicure was not great, I had uneven tips and cuticles to trim when I got home. I was also shocked I was not asked if I wanted my fingers polished with my pedicure

Angel did my mom and I’s nails for Christmas and they were absolutely beautiful! They certainly captured the holiday spirit and reflected well against the Xmas lights. She is our go-to for our nails and we love her so much. Just booked another appointment with her again (as usual). Fan favorite for sure:)

Terrible service and the guy who did my nails said he would do my nails and still got mad it took him longer than expected. Then wanted to tell me he works 10+ hours. And! You chose that job not me!

Burned my toe with the drill several times in different directions while removing acrylic despite me telling him to stop and pulling away 2-3 times. Left with it completely lopsided and uneven. I didn’t trust him to fix it without causing me more pain. Place smelled of sewage as if they were having pipe issues. I should’ve left when first walked in.

Shaping was nice. He accidentally hit my big toe with his hand, putting a gash in the paint. Instead of redoing the toe right away, he put another layer of paint over it despite it clearly being uneven. I asked him to redo it and he blew me off. I had to repeat myself 3 times to which he responded he didn’t understand English. Another lady came over to translate. I told her I wanted the toe redone. She translated to him, he then said something to her in protest based on his body language. She responded, presumably telling him to do it anyway and walked off. She didn’t say one word to me nor did she acknowledge that anything was wrong.

Overall experience was terrible. I didn’t feel welcome. They claimed to not have wine or liquor despite the bottles being lined up on the bar. The massage was good but that’s not what I came for. I needed my cuticles and callus removed and that was just subpar. I shouldn’t have agreed to come knowing the person I wanted to have service me would not be there. Disappointing and painful experience. Would NOT recommend.

I’m posting another review since I have received a different service from my favorite nail tech, Angel! I got the dip powder on my nails with no nail extensions this time since I badly split my nail the morning of my appointment on Sunday. They came out fantastic, I got them shaped square, and the shade of purple has a subtle sparkle to it and it is beautiful! She is always so personable with my mom and I (she also got dip nails, but an almond shaped French manicure). I’m a bit more shy, but she always makes us feel comfortable and does a really great job! Book with her!

Went back to this place six weeks ago and I must say the lady who did my nails didn’t do a good job. I sure wish someone could tell me where Dean or Sam went too. They were the best a little bit expensive but worth ever vent. I was also tricked into coming back. I was told when I called to make my appointment Sam was back. I asked the guy three times did you say Sam is back because that’s who I requested. I wanted to make sure he clearly heard me. Showed up and Sam was not there. I thought that would have been odd for her to come back however, I did say to myself why would this guy be so bold and lie. So yes I believe it.

Anybody know where Dean or Sam went? I heard Sam just opened her own shop. They are the best nail Technicians. Please post her knew location. HTRS are not going to tell you where neither one of them went. They want you to come there so their techs can do a messy job like the one who did my nails last year.

I came in today for several services, one being my first ever Russian manicure. Finding a salon that specializes in Russian manicures is difficult in Frisco but Hana did an amazing job and my nails are absolutely perfect! Hana also did a lovely job on my pedicure.

Angel is my favorite nail tech at the salon. Every time I come here, I always request her for my mom and I. She is so kind, personable, and overall so sweet and a pleasure to engage with. I recently had an appointment booked with her this past Saturday and she worked on my mom and did the French manicure with dip that she requested. I included a photo of my nails that Angel did a while ago that I was absolutely obsessed with. I originally was assigned to her when I had a bad experience at another salon and she saved my nails big time. Her work and personality is excellent!

Hana is so accommodating. I’ve been doing my nails at other salons for over a year, so my nails have been quite brittle. Rather than brushing me off, she was willing to take her time to remove the polish each time without heavy drilling and communicate this to the pedicurists. Hana does an amazing job with dip, special event nails with complex designs and gems, and gel ex. I’m always impressed with her talent and eager to bring new design ideas to her!

Soooo…. I called at 400pm to ask if they had availability for a full set …nothing major…lady who answers says yeah of course …when I arrived at 430 I was told 10-15 minutes for a wait. No biggie or so I thought. Literally sat there until 615pm for absolutely nothing. Did not get my nails done as planned and left completely pissed at the waste of 2 hours of my day …. Not one person moved with any urgency and then when another woman walks in to get her nails done they move quickly to her…will not be coming back ever

One of the only salons doing a real Russian manicure in Frisco, TX. Hanna is incredible and pays extreme attention to detail. My nails always last 3 weeks plus by doing this method and my nails have never been healthier. Highly recommend this salon if you are in the Frisco area.

Literally cried in the restroom and in the car all I have to say.they were so bad I couldn’t say anything since I rather get them redone somewhere else than making them feel bad and redo them. They didn’t have the charms I wanted until the nails where almost done which didn’t give me the time to rethink about my design

This place is not what it was a few months ago. I’m highly disappointed with my nails I mean I can’t believe I even walked out and payed for this pedicure that was $60 … I really wish I could get my money bag because this is disgusting

Called before to ask how much an acrylic set was. I was told 55 and the price for the design would depend on the how difficult the design would be. Before getting the service, I asked again and they mentioned it would be around $5 extra since the nails wouldn’t be too long. I got a classic pedicure which was listed on their brochure for $35. I was asked if I wanted gel polish, which I said yes. When checking out I noticed I was charged $20 extra for the gel polish (which was never disclosed) and $10 for the nail length instead of $5. Prices are quite deceiving.

Took my fiancé to his first Mani/Pedi and also of course got myself one as well! Staff was very nice and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Shout out to Angel because she honestly did my nails the best I've ever had them! A+ will be requesting her from now on

Someone please tell me where did Sam or Dean go. Neither one of them works here. You know this place isn’t going to give out any info. They actually were the best nail techs in the entire place. I am lost without Sam and Dean. I changed my five stars to one since they are no longer there. I would not recommend this place at all. One time I got someone else to do my nails because Sam and Dean weren’t available and the nail tech did a horrible job absolutely horrible.

Your response sounds crazy to say go on Facebook to look for a person by their first name with no additional information however, I did just that and of course I could not locate them. So there’s the effort that you were talking about.

I have been looking for a nail salon that I would be able to visit frequently since moving to DFW over two years ago. I figured Bellevous Beyond Nail salon would simply be yet another location that I would just drop into for a quick acrylic nail fill. This salon appears to be "that fit" that I have been looking for. From walking in the greeting was "genuine". Go figure, I thought, Angel did my fill and suggested nail art that surprisingly I really like. The atmosphere and the nail artists are highly recommended. Great service!
