Bellevue at Clear Creek, Friendswood TX

I went on a tour of these apartments and met Andrea the leasing consultant. She was so kind and professional. We toured an apartment and it was very pretty. The grounds are well maintained, I can’t wait to move in. It appeared to be a quite and well kept community.

A very nice complex. Green, beautiful, always clean territory. It's like a piece of forest and nature outside your windowVery quite place. The pool works normally, there is no such thing as it being permanently closed, sometimes work is being done, but that is normal. All the staff always work and cope with their tasks perfectly. Andrea is a professional in her field, she is the best.

Do not rent from this property if you are disabled! I highly suggest you do not even consider renting from this property if you’re disabled, and may require some reasonable adjustments made in your apartment. I lived on this property from 2017 until 2023. Originally when I rented I was in a one bedroom apartment and became wheelchair bound. They made modifications to my doorway to enter the bathroom to accommodate my wheelchair. When I moved out of that bedroom, I was not charged for the replacement of the doors.everything was great. In 2019 I moved to a two bed Apartment and the same modifications were done in that apartment and one cabinet was removed in the bathroom so I could turn around with my wheelchair. I moved out in October 2023 and when I received my final bill they are charging me to replace the doors they had removed, even though I had saved them.they threw away the cabinet that they removed out of my apartment and are now charging me almost $1000 to replace one cabinet.they did rectify the charge for the doors, but not for the cabinet. I have made several phone calls to the apartment manager and have yet to get a phone call back. The only way anything gets done around the complex is if it’s brought to maintenance attention. Maintenance is absolutely amazing in this complex they completely deserve a raise for everything they do, office staff not so much, they have no idea what’s going on in the property because unless they’re passing out eviction or late rent, nobody is ever out on property.for two years I had requested for a tree branch to be trimmed that went over my bedroom, and it had not ever been done even after my request during windstorm and or just regular storms you could hear it hitting off the roof. Finally this past year the entire tree was cut down because it was diseased. The community is very quiet and I enjoyed living there because of the community and because of the maintenance.
If you choose to still go look at this property, make sure you look at the entire property the front looks great. The rest of the property does not! The gates never work properly. They do not fix them in a timely manner. There are potholes everywhere many areas with no grass just mud, flooded sidewalks, clogged gutters and list goes on! But if you’re looking to move somewhere with amazing maintenance, Carlos, is your guy!

DONT DO IT. Absolutely terrible management. Constant pool closure, when the pool is open it's always green and full of leaves, gate flat out doesn't work most of the time, the strair railings are all rotting, parts of the fence are missing, etc. Everyone has complained that the management never walks the ground and never address any issues. Let's not even mention the horrid roach problem. They charge for pest control every month but every single resident I've spoken with has said that they have never seen anyone fumigate and all of the apartments are full of roaches.
On top of this, they will raise rent with zero heads up. This is the most abhorrent apartment complex I've ever lived in and it's simply because the people running it don't care. If you are wondering why there are so many vacancies, it's because everyone is leaving.

I've been renting here for over a year. Just renewed my lease. I have no complaints (well, besides valet its a hit or miss). The staff is always friendly & great customer service. Maintenance is excellent. They address issues promptly. I love the scenery & greenery & its mostly quiet. Inside of the unit, i don't hear too much of my neighbors which is a huge plus. Apartment is close to everything, highway, grocery stores/other stores. In my opinion, one of the best overall apartment complexes in Friendswood.

Staff was always friendly and the maintenance man is great. But had a very serious roach problem for a very long time when first moving in. They need to take care of that before they let someone live there.

They are basically crooks and took my son's apartment application fee and then denied him without doing proper due diligence on his income when the rent is less than his current apartment!

Carlos is Great as always! The whole team is great, I love it here! And I have longevity here!
