The place is wonderful. The area is wonderful.but if something breaks. It will never be fixed. They will stall and stall and not fix anything. The maintenance guys quite. THEY ALL QUITE BECAUSE MANAGEMENT DOESNT HELP TENTS. THEY JUST GRAB YOUR MONEY. NO RESPECT. This is sad because I now have to look somewhere else. If your ac breaks. TOO BAD. Your microwave breaks? TOO BAD. HOW ABOUT PAINT FALLING OFF? TOO BAD NOT THEIR ISSUE.

Everything is always great with the maintenance request and calling the office is awesome.

Just moved in May love my new apartment very spacious and perfect the leasing office staff is so nice and understanding they really make me feel comfortable.

Love being here at Bellevue I am about to renew my second lease Tracy is been great to us she has the best costumer service all way polite and helpful Lety is great at what she does awesome customer service this ladies at the office are awesome.

I have lived here for 3 years and it’s been sub-par but livable until recently. I’m not one to complain or make a fuss but here I am now.

Maintenance came two days ago and again yesterday (the guys working are very nice) but the problem is still not fixed there is a gaping hole above my shower that they have to have contractors come fix. My son has cancer and is unable to use the bathtub/shower now because of the mildew on exposed wood beams. They can’t cover it because it needs to dry yet we are allowed to shower? Even tho the steam from the shower will prolong the drying process? The living conditions are not suitable especially after the complex was notified of my sons condition via myself and his social worker …. This is the second time we have had to have drywall replaced in our apartment on the past 3 months due to leaking/ceiling collapses on top of several instances the past year where our water was shut off without notification

The pools don't work, they were under repair, but they already fixed one and they still don't open it, and the washing machine area. They haven't worked for about a year, the gym bathrooms are in very bad condition, honestly the maintenance is very bad.

I haven’t lived here long but so far it’s been very stressful the water is the biggest issue pipes are constantly broken and having to deal with water being turned off for a whole day for several days at a time us residents are fed up with it and having to pay for valet services that we don’t need because the dumpsters are literally 20 feet away if I could break my lease I would the water is the main issue here it’s worse then spring creek and you get a notice 30 minutes late for water shut off

1 star is not low enough! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Anything that can go wrong, WILL GO WRONG! 1st month of living in this dump- #1 Car was towed (said they couldn't find my paperwork) #2 FLOODING, my apartment flooded, I mean really? My first month? #3 LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY! Hope they like speaking to my lawyers =] AGIAN- DO > NOT> LIVE? HERE!

Please please do not move to this community by any damn chance
We moved in just few months back and I have had days of no water and then the AC stops working I don’t even know what exactly works in here
Try calling them up no one responds and go to office they act up like we are staying here for free
This is the worse place anyone can ever be in

Horrible care for the residents. Have had water cut out hours before the time they told us and also the water being gone for the whole day. They left the lease office after 5pm and they said water will be back by 6pm but it’s currently 8: 40 and the water isn’t back yet.

The apartments are old, but very spacious. The balcony is big which I absolutely love. The only problem is maintenance. The parking lot in front of our apartment is always muddy. When it rains it turns knee dip mud at least. Its very dangerous and I myself slipped and fell twice during rain. In spite of repeated complaints to the authorities nothing is done, I really wonder why!

Another big issue is water and the way the leasing office handles it. The pipelines are all broken, I mean completely broken! And they shutoff water for the whole day with a 30 mins notice, this continues for multiple days and might happen any day anytime.

And yes, you will see rivers flowing here and there everyday, due to the broken pipes, and the gigantic water bills will be shared by you.

Think very very hard before stepping in here.

Lety is an awesome manager she has helped not just me but all the tenants she goes beyond the call of duty. I have been here for 4 plus yrs and several tenants have said she is amazing and always helpful she is kind and fare. Anytime I have had any situation come up she has stepped up to the plate. Unfortunately Tracy the assistant on the other hand is opposite of Lety she is always trying to find ways of making residents pay more by fining us for trash pick up.when the trash company doesn't do their job. Or parking in a parking space that's clearly ok to park in. You will never get the correct info from her. If it is her job to make our lives harder than what it already is just do to everyday li.ving hard to find good paying Jobs hard to buy food or gas. Prices going up. Rent increase higher each year, but no pay increase. It would nice to have another Lety. Who cares and trys to make our lives just a little bit better. In these difficult times we are all facing

1. When I initially got my keys and entered into the apartment we saw all the footprints of people walking in the hall, when I confronted the management team they said since you got the keys it's your responsibility to clean it.

2. They charge for Valet trash where as the dumpster is right around the corner within accessible range. I stay on the first floor when I leave the trash bag outside I see big rodents tearing out the trash bag.

3. I entered the apartment after ten days of my leasing and I got my electricity bill as more than hundred dollars for initial ten days

I don’t even know where to start but if I could give negative stars I would. They don’t care about their residents they don’t return phone calls and when they get good office staff in there that do their job they run them off.

Ignore all the planted positive posts. This place is your worst nightmare. High utility fees. Terrible maintenance. Rude staff. Roaches. Trash left on the lawn. Outdated amenities. The list goes on and on.

LOOKING FOR AN APT TO LEASE? NOT HERE! I HAVE PICTURES FOR PROOF.

Leak in my closet due to Snow/ice day FEB 2ND. Many closet items had mold. Submitted a Maintenance order. NOTHING.
FEB 3RD- Next day Maintenance order. NOTHING.
FEB 5TH- Apt had FOUL ODER AND MY KIDS HAD BAD ALLERGIES. STILL NOTHING. So i called the corporate number and had THEM CALL A MAINTENACE PERSONNEL. Had someone come. Removed padding and carpet and gave me a FAN. A office personell came and saw the issue. Stated she woukd have someone come in and put new carpeting. NO ONE HAS CAME.
FEB 7TH: Submitted another order in Regards to the issue being fixed and new carpet. NOTHING
I submitted a complain to the office, someone in the office who said was from "Admin" stated the issue would be fixed THIS WEEK. NOTHING!
FEB 9TH FRIDAY: STILL NOTHING.

Had submitted a PREVIOUS review/complaint about these apts.it was removed. Go figure.

Theres also a tree near our unit area that was broken during the ice storm. STILL HANGING ON FOR DEAR LIFE. No one has come to fix THAT other problem.

These NEW front office personnel DO NOT know how to run these apts. Everything is needed to be APPROVED due to budget. NON-OFFICE personnel have a LOT to say about the company and the people in the office. And they are NOT good things. THAT SAYS A LOT.
