I needed a reliable commuter car ASAP and the ladies here were so helpful and professional. Great service and I am happy with my new to me car. The whole process was quick and hassle free. Absolutely recommending to friends and family.

It took way longer than it needed to for my title to get signed over to me. I was told it would come in the mail along with my plates. I got the plates in a timely fashion. Waited for the title…nothing. I ended up forgetting about it (my mistake) a year later I call the tax office, they state that they had the title but it was never signed by the dealer so that it could not be processed. I was told by the tax office there was nothing I could do and that the dealer needed to correct it. The DMV claimed to have sent notice of the missing info to dealer. When I contacted the dealer, the woman I spoke with was not helpful at all and said there was nothing she could do even though I was explaining the situation to her. She showed zero interest in helping to remedy the situation. I finally had to go to the DMV wait 2 hours to talk to someone so they could help me contact the dealer and request they come and remedy the documents. I called the dealer several times with no answer. I left voice mails and wouldn’t get a call back. I finally got a text from the dealer so I explained that I needed to speak to someone regarding the title that I still needed. After again telling me that she “did my part and I’m done” I again I explained that the DMV attempted to make contact as well as sending her a copy of the info provided to me.
After 2 months I finally got the title.
All would have been avoided if the dealer would have submitted the paperwork properly. I get it, mistakes happen but the effort put towards correcting the mistake says a lot about your business. The shopping experience was great, the customer service post purchase…terrible. Would not recommend.

Bells Auto Sales is a great spot to get an affordable vehicle in good condition. They are a small family business and are very friendly and deliver fantastic customer service. I was especially appreciative of the open line of communication that was available pretty much whenever I needed.

Purchased a 2007 Kia Sedona van from Bell’s Auto Sales early September. Just received our registration papers & license plates. Yayyy…So far, so good! It is an older van, so therefore we had to have some work done to it by our own mechanic. Had to buy new tires the day of the purchase! BUT, it is working out for us exactly for what we bought it for! Our grandkid’s love riding in this van after school. They say it’s like a school bus! Thank you, Bell’s Auto Sales!

I went to these people and trusted them on FAITH, SHE (the owner) told me everything was good, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. I gave them $4000 for a 2008 Ford Explorer that only lasted 2, YES TWO WEEKS, When I finally got in contact with someone about the issues they never returned my calls. I am here to WARN you this place is a NO GO! Please look elsewhere God bless you!

I bought a car from here about a year ago, friendly people for the most part.however - I was involved in an accident on the highway at around 70 mph and the vehicle's airbags did not deploy. Enough damage for it to be a total loss. Thank god I made it out with my life but I was in pain for weeks. Be very careful about the vehicles you are looking at if you go in to purchase here. There's no reason an "inspected vehicle" should have had a failure to deploy airbags at the speeds I was at during the collision. They also negotiated the price down a bit when I bought the car, which I appreciate, but then when it was time to do paperwork they tried to slip me a contract to sign at full price which also meant higher taxes to be paid and we had to catch it to get them to fix it.

Very friendly, quick, and smooth transaction with a couple of test drives. Would recommend! Note this place does not offer financing!

The customer service was great. Really thought the car I got was amazing. Unfortunately not even a mth went by and it stopped working. Not worth the amount I paid for.

Very helpful and kind when we showed up. Got my first car for a very decent price that is very much so worth it for what they received. Made the process incredibly easy for me and clearly communicated all throughout.

The lot was clean and well organized. All the prices were fair and the carfax were detailed. They even take care of the registration and license plates for you!
