Belmont Place Apartments, Arlington TX

Stay far away from these property!
They don’t keep any management in the office within the last 3months it’s been 6different people in the office!
Everything is broken! The water constantly gets shut off! Running sewage and constantly leaks!
That one poor maintenance man is the only maintenance worker bless his heart but it’s only so much he can do! The apartments and townhomes is raggedy!

The fact that these ladies went above and beyond for me is an understatement. They completely made this process as smooth as I’ve ever encountered. Not only did I get my keys but they provided dinner for my family and I I can’t complain at all Because it was totally unexpected I thank them for everything because again they did not have to go above and beyond this property is definitely one to rent from!

A resident that has lived there for over 15 years requested a change of carpet but was declined until housing maximizes her rent amount coverage. So so sad. All they care about is their money. Also there are multiple residents here that are left in horrible living conditions but are afraid to speak due to them being threatened to be kicked out

WARNING! My Hot water heater busted in my apartment on 09/08/2023 at 5: 00pm. The emergency crew didn’t come out until 11: 30pm. When they came out they just unhooked the hot water heater. Water leaked from upstairs to the downstairs for several days before they came back to stop the leaking completely. Damaging all my personal property. Then seem shocked the ceiling had fell in. Today is 09/18/2023 and the ceiling is still not fixed or neither is it being prepared but I have asked to be reimbursed for not being able to utilize this room due to this issue but I’m being ignored as well. These are not good apartments my rent is 1800+ a month they want you to pay on time and do what’s right but when it comes to them fixing and upgrading things they ignore these issues and health conditions. Tameka the manager has done an excellent job trying to help but she can only do so much. The owners of this property are liars and Don’t care about the residents that pay their hard earned money! The corporate lady came to view my unit but stayed on her phone the entire time. Then claiming she walked my entire unit which is upstairs downstairs but did not she only went in the room with the hole in the ceiling took a picture and then stated “I thought it was the whole ceiling that fell in” as if it was nothing then left. I have young children that I have to keep safe from this area they DO NOT CARE! Pictures are posted I believe these areas are now starting to mold. Any advice would help at this point! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!

I have been a resident here for a couple of years, apartments are really spacious, vicinity is kept clean always. Good value for your money, plus you get your needs attended to ASAP.

Went to the belmont place apts looking for some where to stay. Spoke with tameka she is awesome she got me approved within 30 minutes. She be on her business very well spoken knows what she talking about and on point. If you need some where to stay go to her 1st she will get it done I promise quickly Tameka you are best im glad I got a chance to meet you.

4 years living here and they have never made any improvements, old and repainted bathroom and kitchen furniture, old A/C and when generating WO they close them without attending or take too long to solve.

Truth about this place is that maintance is horrible. For 2 years we lived here we saw so many different guys which some did great job others just to say they got done with the order just did a job that a toddler could had done. If you like living with roaches on the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedroom go ahead this must be your place. If you like feeling them crawl on your arms and legs enjoy your stay but trust me no matter how many times you complain at the office they wont do anything. Place is quietly and no problems with neighbors well depends who lives near you but other pool was mostly closed and we paid for it. If you want to waste money so you wont even enjoyed living here i would tell you look somewhere else.

The place is very quiet. I had a few problems with the a/c, they fixed it quickly.they changed the whole a/c unit for a new one.
Good place to live.

This place has been helpful, they have brought Flex to help us residents pay our rent to save on our late fees but flex has not been helpful for me.

I love living here. Very easy to get around and the office staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend anyone to live here.

I just stopped for information on the property and wasn’t even greeted, even though she was with someone after standing there for a moment without acknowledging that I ethers I walked out, glad this property wasn’t for me
