Horrible customer service. The person helping me was very rude. I asked a simple question about a menu item and just got stared at for 10 seconds as if i should know what is in a shoyu sauce and he gave me a rude answer back explaining what it was. I was very uncomfortable and whenever I would nicely ask to change something that i wanted he stared at me again. They were not busy and had no other customers so there was reason for the attitude either. I also tried to use my UTD discount and he was very rude about that as well. I honestly should have just left. Horrible experience. Will never be coming here again.

Healthy and tasty food, well prepared and served to your table. Made fresh at the moment. Nice staff. They offer free Miso Soup with entree. And there’s a 10% discount to UTD students. Delicious Matcha Green Tea.

I often uber eats lunch from here and pick it up because the staff is so friendly! The chicken bento box and their bone broth is my favorite. Great food, Great prices and even better staff.:)

Charged me $25 for a wad of lettuce with a little bit of thawed out fish dice. Should've gone to CAVA.

Quick counter service with good poke bowls. The fish is fresh, which was unexpected for Dallas (personally, when I think about poke, sushi or fish, I think of coastal locations). One can make their own bowl, but the B40 Island Bowl is an all in one option that is really good. Lots of flavor in every bite. Dinner was quiet, but it was a Monday night during football season and no TVs, so not sure if it's uncommon or lunch is a busier service - but food was good.

My husband, daughter and I all came here for lunch. My husband got the ramen bowl and I got the B40 island bowl. For our little one we got the kids chicken and rice bowl. Everything was so yummy and fresh. This was my third time here and again, not disappointed! Service has always been friendly and reasonable and the atmosphere is great for a single diner or a family. I’ll definitely be back.

I tried a premade poke bowl on this trip and I thought it was fantastic and a great value. Love that they bring the food to your table and provide a cup of miso soup if you dine in - very nice touch. Will come back again to try a custom poke bowl next time!

The only thing I want to say is that they do not leave a tip in that restaurant, all the tips are kept by the owner and are not distributed to any employee.

Bowl is loaded with rice and rice. There is only a small amount of salmon. I am disappointed with the quality. Pro, they have good atmosphere for a studying spot.

I really wanted to enjoy this! I love a good poke bowl but the portions were extremely small and bite sized. I asked for small amount of brown rice and it was full of rice and little on toppings so be specific when building your order. Flavors were great but it was very small portions and heavy on rice.

We were looking for a quick, healthy, fast casual place in Richardson.

Found Below 40, right off of 75 in a little strip mall (lots of parking). The restaurant has plenty of seating and can even host groups up to 8! The service was quick.

The poke was delicious! Wish they had a bit more topping like the other reviewers have said!

Was 23 degrees Fahrenheit with icy roads. This was literally the only restaurant open in a 20 minute radius. Food was great, service was great, highly recommend.

I used to love this place but now it’s not worth the money. Portion size has drastically decreased…it looked like someone had helped themselves to half my meal before I opened it. I understand costs have gone up all around but I would rather pay additional $ for the meal than the same price as before and end up with 4 pieces of fish in my bowl.

This location gives below 40 a bad image. The portions here are noticeably smaller than the other below 40 locations. This location charges extra for masago while the others don’t. Won’t be back to this location
