Recently bought an Audi A3 in this dealership, I had a problem with the car. The owner, ask me to bring it back to repair it for free. Now that's what I call a true customer service.

I took my car everywhere and I was not satisfied till I got to Bemer. They exceeded my expectation on the services on my 3 series. Not to mention the warm family oriented environment. I’ll always recommend them anytime. Extremely reliable and they work with you.

I brought my car for inspection and it took 3hrs to do the inspection. And it was on a Monday at 12noon. That is unacceptable!

The service at Bemer Motor Cars was one to remember! Definitely an experience to share with your family and friends that value great customer service. My husband and I purchased a car there this weekend and it honestly felt like a family reunion, day at the museum and a day with friends all in one due to the welcoming and high energy from everyone we came in contact with. This is absolutely now our go to place for auto purchases.

Julian is great, they seem to be super busy lately, my car sat a few days before getting a call back. However, I told them it wasn’t a priority. Always honest work, and fair pricing.

This is a bad business. Julian will tell you anything to get you out of his face. They absolutely do not appreciate your time. You WILL be skipped for repair service. They do not have basics such as tires in stock. The owner is running for mayor, and this business is suffering because of it. I have threatened to leave a review multiple times, but today is the last straw. Hand shakes do not fix bad service, incompetent service, service tasks forgotten. This business appears like things are ran in chaos. No organization. The only positive part of the visits are the desk ladies. Very unfortunate, definitely do not recommend this place to purchase a luxury car. You deserve better, as far as service. The car is actually not a bad car

Even though I did not appreciate the service, I came in to utilize the “free oil labor” guaranteed to me when I purchased the car. A big reason why purchased the car. Due to the review above, I was denied the “free oil change labor” by Julian, himself. (Even after I had given the staff my keys and was given documentation to complete the service). Julian say, “delete the review and then we will service your car. ” Wow! What a guy. He would like for no body to know the experience I went through and my opinion about his “service” in order to allow him to take my money… I will gladly pay full rate oil changes at a true luxury car dealership and never come back here again. …Dad may be getting a little old for the job. I feel sorry for the pleasant desk ladies.

I bought BMW two months ago but now the car is falling apart. I’m convinced they mess up your car so they can rip you off. I took my car to get something fixed and now my windshield wiper pump doesn’t work.
It was working before and now want to charge me $750. I’ve already spent $940 for a repair and they want more.

Needed 3 parts for my e46, only had one but could have all 3 in 2 hours. Grabbed some lunch and they had all 3 when I showed up. Car is up and running. Thanks Julian!

Great service and a nice friendly atmosphere that works with you and your car needs. I brought my vehicle in to be fixed and would have took other shops weeks to fix, Bemer Motors fixed it within 3days max and did and amazing job on repairs.

I have used Bemer Motor Cars for the past 18 years for servicing of 4 different cars (all BMW make). Julian and his staff have always treated me well, performed work as well or better than major dealerships. I keep returning because of the quality of service and lower than dealer service pricing.
