My wife fell in love with the Rolex Datejust 31 Azzurro blue floral motif watch when released last year at Watches and Wonders. I recently had an unforgettable experience acquiring my first "big boy" timepiece from Ben Bridge Jeweler. In late 2021, I visited the store during my trip to Austin. On that particular day, I was welcomed by Judi, who took the time to hear my story and introduced me to a few items. I made a promise to Judi that I would return when the time was right for me to make a purchase.

Fast forward two years, I stopped by Ben Bridge Jeweler, and to my astonishment, Judi was still there, and she remembered me and my narrative. She once again took the time to show me several items and discuss my preferences. After some time and anticipation, I received a call from Judi which led me to acquire my dream watch, a lasting memento of a special moment in my life. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ben Bridge Jeweler and to Judi for making my experience truly unforgettable.

Sarah was the one who who helped me and my experience was so great start to finish. I had brought in an old Rolex my grandma gave me that belonged to my grandpa and I needed to get it serviced. Sarah was just as excited as I was to help me get the watch back to its former glory. She clearly explained the process to me and it even was quicker than I expected. It took right at 2 months and she sent me a photo as soon as she had it and I picked it up the next day! I definitely would love to come back and purchase a watch myself from her some time in the future!

Relaxed, low pressure and very knowledgeable has been my experience. Maria has been great to work with. She really knows watches.
