This very bad place to deliver. I’ve been here since 5 o’clock, and now 9 on the three pallets still waiting, I’m not done

My appointment was @8 am got done at 12 pm this place is a mess but the bad thing about there was NO OTHER TRUCKS I was The only here door 50

Very nice experience, appt @5am checked in @4: 45am sent directly to dock. Off load by 5: 35am took a little time to get paperwork back, out by 6: 10am. Lumper fees are done all online.

Unloaded in 30 minutes, paid $510 lumper fee (one product), took 2.75 hours to get BOL’s back; and only after my company called! Also, they refused to sign the BOL (to be petty)! Not a great vibe.

One of there drivers ran my wife off the road twice, and then almost took the front off my vehicle as well.law enforcement was notified

Sure there’s parking but crapstone is a joke. 315 for 6 pallets is highway robbery. Good thing I’m a company driver as I never come back here if I was an owner operator.

Park in the parking lot in front of the entrance. Bring the documents to the security house. Go to the truck, they will call you and give you the door. After unloading, you may have to pay through the application. Unloading a full truck 30 minutes. Good people in the security and office.

Good place, night parking, take you early OK. But very slow. If you have only one stop here, it’s OK. But multiple stops and you have to run to the next stop and they keep you for 3 hours unloading 1 pallet. Sorry to slow.

Appointment 10am got here at 9: 40am was backing at my door at 9: 50am- I was so excited and surprise and thennnn took them 1 hour to start unloading me, took them 2 hours to unload me, now been waiting for the paper work for over an hour and they left a box inside trailer that was wrong item… they like of your company will tell you what to do with it because itwill need to go back, I don’t care take the box! Sign the bill and let me go to my next load! Paid lumper fee 2 hours ago… its 3pm and nothing! 410 dollars lumber fee-

Great place to deliver to. Lots of space and overnight parking, not that you need it in this area

These people are really super nice here. From the guard shack guys to the unload service. Most importantly, they have pre and post delivery parking available.

Don't believe any of these 5-star reviews this is one of the worst places to deliver to in Texas! Appointment 5a.m. Didn't leave till 3p.m. It's like this every time! Fire these lumpers please!

Long unload times.if you have an appointment look forward to 4 hour plus to unload. Never again. Fire the lumpers.

Overnight parking. Easy back in. As soon as you arrive you check in with the guard, it doesn't matter if it's too early for your appointment and then inside you go to the office to leave the papers. The guard is very friendly by the way, they call you beforehand or look for you in the truck if you are sleeping. Lumper

TRUCKERS: Park in overnight parking/staging area (keep doors locked due to state prison next door). No bathroom available at staging area. Walk to gate office to give paperwork, they will tell you when to expect a phone call to go to a door. Do not expect to be unloaded early (even if a day early). If you are late, they will charge you $100. Wear reflective vest if out of truck.
After you receive phone call for door, drive into yard, break seal, slide tandems back, open doors and back to dock, remain connected, leave paperwork on counter at window in office (door 15) and wait in truck. If you must be on the dock, you must wear steel toed footwear. Capstone lumper pay link sent to phone (very slow, green light for hours). One bathroom in office. Vending machine out of order. If no Capstone lumper fees, they will bring paperwork to truck.bundu.life

They were standing at the dock waiting for me to back in, unloaded and out in 15 minutes! Easy money.
