Ben & Jerry’s, Galveston TX

Absolutely disgusting. They need the health department called. So dirty, we couldn’t even wait in line because of the strong urine odor in the building. Save yourself the trip.

Went in to Ben and Jerry’s, workers were so helpful, Employee Graysen I believe was very awesome with helping the family choose their ice cream. Definitely will be back!

Ice cream was not well frozen enough to make the walk from the shop to the car without simply becoming a sticky sludge. I got a cone, and knowing the heat is turned on in Texas, I asked for a cup that I would be able to sit my cone in for long enough to start the car. By the time I put the cone into the teeny tiny cup, the overflow melt was all over my car's console. The stains of blue sky may never come out of my gray backseat upholstery where the grandkids, whom actually had their ice cream in cups, had melting mess spills as well. P. S. Give your headquarter's land back to your local indigenous tribes BEFORE you do your virtue signaling and hypocrisy demanding of other companies. Pllitics does not digest well with ice cream. Stick to ice cream!

We had the strawberry, pecan butter and s’mores ice cream. They all taste really good and are not too sweet, very delicious ice cream. The customer service here is very good, the employee there was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

The dude with the Korn beanie and strawberry hair plays the worst music and refuses to do his job correctly, also noticed him treating the White customers significantly better than the Black ones.

Grayson was awesome came up $3dollars short & he offered to pay the rest definitely will be coming back!

Great people was my first visit and they were great. Even though they were busy they treat every customer as if they are the only person there.

Friendly staff despite the large crowd, yummy ice cream, and good location. Only complaint would be how tiny it is in there.

Cool little spot to grab ice cream and take a walk on the beach. Kids and wife loved it alot of ice cream options.

Servers look like they hate their jobs. I mean no one loves waking up everyday and go work but at least smile a little bit? Oh and yes, it’s overpriced.

Good ice cream. Got billed for extra stuff and didn't notice until after got home, so make sure you double check your receipt before you leave the register.
