I have struggled with my weight my entire life.at my heaviest in high school at age 17 I was 475lb.
Now I'm much older than 17 now, I'm in my 40s I contacted Ben online through some friends and reached out for help,  I have been working on portion control at home and had no idea how to eat healthy how to not eat junk.  working with Ben I was able to get a meal plan complete with recipes as well as an at home workout routine that was easy for me to follow in doing the comfort of my home while I worked up the confidence to actually join a gym and to be able to walk into a gym and workout and not feel completely out of place.  In February of 2020 I weighed 365lb, now in December close to the close of the year I weigh 261lb.  He is very patient and has a good sense of humor I can't tell you how many times we've had text arguments about what is considered food. I would recommend his services to anybody at any level of fitness experience, while I am still a novice, without Ben's help I would never have lost 100lds and been able to walk into a gym and get on a treadmill.

I've been working with Ben 60 days now. I'm 67 years old. When we began this journey I told Ben it is harder to build bulk - muscle at my age. He politely said "we can do this ". He was correct! 60 days into this I can see a noticeable muscle gain and tone.
He is very knowledgeable in weight training and diet. I look forward to seeing what the next 60 plus days will bring.
If he can achieve and surpass my goals at 67 imagine what he can do for you.

I’ve been working with Ben for almost 3 months now. The great thing about Ben is that he approaches training not only from the physical standpoint but also a nutritional standpoint. In working with Ben, he set me on a plan that fit my needs with weights and cardio training with a goal that is realistic and healthy. He then set me on a nutritional plan that will help me achieve my goal weight in a healthy and sustainable way. As my program has progressed, he has made changes to both my physical and nutrition plans which has not only helped me to achieve the goals that were set but I’m on track to exceed them. I highly recommend Ben, he is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with!

I started going to Ben 10 weeks ago. What I thought was a personal trainer has turned into a total health expert. Ben focuses on the body, mind and health. I workout with him three times a week, but he has an online workout plan for me 6 days per week. He also sets my food goals and helps me plan and track my meals. I hear from him directly or through his personal group page nearly every day that holds me accountable and motivated. In 10 weeks I have gone from 200 lbs to 181 lbs, a waist of 38 inches to 36, and body fat of 23.5% to 20.3%. I still have a ways to go, but I am confident that I will get there with Ben coaching me along the way. I’m addition, he is fun to talk to and is always upbeat. The workouts fly by, but I’m always sweating and exhausted! I would recommend Ben to anyone that wants to look and feel better, and have fun along the way!

I have worked with several trainers over the past 30 years and Ben Meyer is the best by far. His level of knowledge, ability to meet my specific needs, and his professionalism are exceptional. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone at any workout level.

He is a great trainer that knows how to change your life. I was nervous about going to the gym. Now it has just become part of my lifestyle. He is knowledgeable about all areas of nutrition and knows what you need to either lose weight or bulk up muscle

Ben is a fantastic trainer! I’ve only done a few sessions so far but I can already tell I’m going to stick with him! Very knowledgeable and creates a positive environment that motivates you so much!:)

Ben with Life Science Fitness is amazing! He isn’t in this for the money, the likes, the muscles - none of that. He’s in this because he cares about the health and well being of his clients. His take on fitness is more than weightlifting. He’s going to come at you with nutrition, emotional well being and even spiritual well being. Ben is all in, and when you’re working with him, you will be too!

Ben is the absolute best! He's very knowledgeable& encouraging for one thing, & he really makes you want to succeed.
I started working out with Ben as my trainer just a month ago, 4 times a week, & can already tell a big difference in how I look & feel.
He's simply the best!

I was struggling going to the gym on my own. I would show up and do the same thing over and over with little to no results. A couple of friends of mine suggest Ben with Life Science Fitness. What a difference! Ben helps not only with guidance during our sessions but also with a nutrition plan and explaining the 'why's' to the workouts. He has a passion for what he does and has helped me see results.

I’ve always struggled with my weight and body image issues. When I first started working with Ben we began with a complete look at where my health and habits had been. He helped me design a meal plan that would go along with the work out that would be specifically for me! During the training sessions he kept me motivated and challenged me to work a little harder than the time before. During the week I would get little reminders and inquiries about how I was doing on my own and always some encouragement with it! The hard work paid off and i was loosing a lot of weight and getting more muscle tone! I highly recommend Ben he’s become a great trainer and a great friend!

Ben is an awesome motivator! He is knowledgeable with both nutrition and weight training. If you are willing to follow direction you will see results! Not only do I look better, I fell better.

Ben is a great motivator! I started working with him 6 months ago. I had trouble walking due to a medical issue. Ben encouraged me to push through my perceived limitations. Today that issue is gone. My strength has increased. My stamina is back. Just today I got a compliment on my guns. They said, "Wow, you're all swelled up. " #Muscledaddy is my goal and Ben has definitely given me the motivation to keep at it. Thank you Ben!
