Being a Realtor myself, I don't often review other Realtors, but I was so impressed working with Ben that I wanted to share my experience. His prompt communication, excellent follow-through and creative problem-solving gave his clients an advantage that other buyers didn't have in a competitive situation. Since every buying situation in Austin seems to be highly competitive now, you need a Realtor that gives you the best chance to succeed, and Ben does that and more. Very highly recommended!

Working with Ben to purchase our first home was the best choice we could have made. The Austin market is crazy competitive and the pandemic made it that much more unpredictable, but Ben’s patience, responsiveness, and expertise (and sense of humor when needed!) made the entire process so much better. His background as a home builder is invaluable especially when looking at a home that needs renovation. I appreciate that Ben took the time to explain all the complexities of the process in a way that helped us make the most informed decision. From the first house we toured to the closing day and beyond, Ben was a true advocate for us as buyers.

When I wanted to purchase my first home, I reached out to Ben after a coworker highly recommended him based on his own experience.and I'm glad I did! After providing a few details on what I was looking for in a home Ben provided me a set of potential properties to review. After I narrowed them down we started visiting the properties. He helped point out several potential red flags with the state of some properties, helped me understand potential costs of renovations, and identified existing improvements to the properties that added value to them. That's one of the great things about Ben, you not only get a realtor but also someone very knowledgeable about construction and renovation.

After identifying a property, Ben was extremely helpful in navigating the purchasing process. From recommending a lender to assisting with the home walkthroughs he is the expert I needed. Ben responded quickly via email and text and provided electronic signature options for any documents. This really sped things up and kept everything moving beautifully.

We worked with Ben on a "move up" and it was a great experience! He was really familiar with both areas (selling in RR/Pflugerville and buying in S Austin). He was able to coach us on how to make our home ready for sale, and knew what would make our offer attractive in the super competitive buying landscape.
