Benbrook Full Services Car Wash

Paid for the 60$ one and I was so disappointed I literally left and went right down the street and washed it again and had to revacume and wipe the console off not happy at all wish I could get my money back

After a 2 hour detail I came back to a car that was greased up in armor all, so much that it was pooled up in the cup holders, it also made my steering wheel sticky, the seats were not vacuumed, trunk wasn’t even touched, and they used so much water in the shampooer that my car smelled like mildew after 2 days and the floor under the mats was still wet! All for 130$. Never again.

Will not go back. I got there 30 minutes before they closed an did want to do a full service. They left water drips on the back hatch and on the hood

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! PAID FOR FULL CARWASH. They do not care about the customers NOR your car! Pics don't lie, they called it done and this is their best- HA! NEVER AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Waste of a company.

Stay away.a 3 yr old could clean your car better. I go here every 4 to 5 months to see if it’s any better still very bad. Took my truck there today just got back off vacation so it was dirty when I pulled up and got out I told the guy and showed him lot of crumbs and my emergency break handle I ask him to please make sure it gets vacuum good. So when I get back in my truck he did a bad job so I ask the guy that just dry it off if I could pull over there and vacuum it he said yes so after paying for it to be dune I still had to do it. Will I won’t be back and won’t bring my company van here anymore. Stay Away from this place they do a bad job. When vacuum your car and they don’t care.

They basically didn't vacuum or wipe down my car at all, I'm kind of pist! I paid $15 bucks for someone to wash the outside of my car. Basically.never going here again.

I love the full service and the price is reasonable. I love the different detail packages that they offer as well. I will definitely come back.

Actually, no one wiped down anything inside the car and we had to remove tons of water spots on the outside. Quite disappointing.

Friendly staff and a great location. However, I wish they had a better procedure for their monthly wash passes. You either purchase 3 months at a time, which costs more for some reason, or you have to fill out paperwork every month to renew!

This place is amazing, it takes ten minutes to get your car washed and they dry it with a towel. The employees are very nice and professional too. Took my rent a car with dried snow on it, it looked brand new afterwards

I went this morning to get a wash, but decided on a detail since I will be selling my car soon. I am blown away at the results. They did an amazing job, and the interior leather looks like new. I will absolutely be back. Job well done!

Nice place however prices are to see when u come in.also could not get a straight answer on the thursday 50 percent off special from 1 to 4pm.

Had my oil changed and got my car detailed! They did a fantastic job and could not have been nicer people! My experience was awesome!

Usually great but last detail was just really not great. Windshield was super smeared and there were many areas that were not detailed on dash, doors & starting wheel and i paid extra

Paid to have truck detailed inside and out. They waived to signal it was done. Walked up and half of the inside was wiped down and the carpets we not even vacuumed! I had to vacuum them myself since nobody would take the time to help! Also paid to have seats conditioned. They never did it and when I asked about it a kid that worked there said I didn’t pay for that service. He was full of it. I paid the extra he said it was when I paid for the wash. This place is ran by a bunch of people that know nothing about customer service! No accountability what so ever! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You have been warned!

Every time I’ve come Here either the manager is hitting on me, the car looks greased you and all the books and cranny places are still dirty.
