During my career in the military, I have purchased a home with every move, so I am very familiar with the process and have worked with a multitude of lenders. However, Christine and her team at Benchmark have far surpassed any lender I worked with in the past. Not only are her rates extremely competitive, but the customer service cannot be beat! Skip the M-F banks and go with Benchmark where someone will always answer your call and there will not be any unwanted surprises in the final stretch. I cannot recommend their services enough; you will not be disappointed!

DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY. I have exceptional credit and have never missed a payment. They transferred my mortgage to another firm only after one year. The only reason I used Benchmark was the loan officer serviced my previous mortgage and I was satisfied with that experience. This experience is totally different and not in a good way. They did send me a notification letter dated 1/12/23 that I didn’t receive until the evening of 1/26/23. My payment is due on the 1st of the month. Not much warning. Rest assured I will never use Benchmark again.
