We had a very good experience with Benchmark. Brian is an excellent communicator who patiently answered all of our questions. Given our active duty military/veteran status, Brian was also good at communicating with us what documents were needed and why. The process went as smoothly as we could have hoped, given that we were coming in from out of State.

Brian’s team worked so patiently, rigorously and diligently with my husband and I as we navigated through the process of buying our first home. After 9 months of searching for a home my family was unexpectedly given a notice to be out of our previous residence in 30 days, but luckily a buyer accepted our offer around the same time we received the notice. Brian’s team was able to close our loan in about 2.5 weeks which was AMAZING considering we needed to vacate the current premises.
