Vanessa did an amazing job transforming my once threaded eyebrows into beautifully sculpted laminated waxed brows. She was professional, knowledgeable and precise in everything she did. I’ll def be returning.
I could not be happier with my eyebrows. In just two sessions with Vanessa, my eyebrows are already taking the shape I discussed with her when I met her. I was hesitant to go to a place I didn't know and took my time to read reviews. I am happy with my decision. Vanessa puts her best in her service, is meticulous and professional, and discusses with you how to reach your goals. I highly recommend her.
Today I attended a Benefit event at Ulta where I had my brows tinted and waxed by Arch Expert Vanessa (she was fabulous at her craft) and had tinsel put into my hair. The management team is so positive and really gives off a warm and fuzzy feel to both their team and customers. Vanessa really knew what she was doing, and educated me on how to maintain my brows going forward. I’m def going to book a future appointment with her! Overall, I absolutely love this Ulta location. The staff is wonderful! I’m so incredibly pleased.:)
