It doesn't matter how many times you come here. It always reminds you of the wonder of coming here for the first time.
Really good place. Some business colleges brought me for dinner. The cook was very good. Great experience!
This was our first time eating at benihana. Where we are from we have a habachi grill called Tokyo. The restaurant was really clean. Our chef that put on the show was the best we have seen so far he did a lot of great tricks. Our meal started out with a clear soup and a salad with A Ginger dressing. I really like Ginger so the salad was my favorite. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The only thing negative i have to say is I didn't like the fact that 1 item was cooked at a time. I would have liked to have the meal all together. Had alot of fun with my friends.
I wouldn't recommend it. It had entertainment value, but the food was sub-par, especially for the prices. Not something I would want to do again.
Enjoyable experience. Nice service. We took our kids for a birthday outing. The chef went out of his way to make the kids smile. Well worth it.
Great food. Excellent service. Parking was the reason it wasn't a 5 star review. Had to drive around to find a space a couple of times. Once inside they said we could park next door in the hotel parking lot.
Always a pleasure visiting Benihana Las Colinas. Hostess was pleasant. Seated promptly. Justin our server was attentive. JOSE our chef was AWESOME. Entertaining and interactive. Restrooms needed a little attention but quickly attended to once we made mention of it.
It's ok. I like the Hibachi rice. Everything else didn't really have a lot of flavor. Just salt and pepper. I also don't like the fact that I have to watch the cook make my food one thing at a time and by the time he's finish, the other food is warm/cold.
This is by far the WORST Benihana in Texas and maybe the worst in the US. The service is consistently bad and the chefs are terribly sloppy and the food is poorly cooked and seasoned. I would try the Park Central or Plano locations before you try this one!
We had Chef Lu tonight and he was great as always. The waitress was rushing us at the beginning and end of the meal. The meal was so good as always. I was very surprised at the dismal shape the bathroom was in though! It looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in days.
Server n service was nice but chef on table was dead on interaction which the reason we book to b there.
This is my location of choice. There is a chef we ask for, Manny. While they all entertain, as the show is also part of the cooking, he engages with the audience. Great sense of humor and will not ignore the audience. We played a little musical chairs as a few people we're sharing, Manny still made sure to ask who is sharing too make sure he does not serve the person someone else's meal. Highly suggest you ask for him when you visit the Las Colinas location. The wait staff was great as well. We went on a friday night while it was super busy, everyone was on top of their game.
Sign on door (as seen from car) sent me to back (locked) entrance (sign actually intending to only indicated other half of double door). Had pickup for Uber - they wanted me to sign customer's credit card slip (before any discussion of food order correctness, etc.) which I refused, so they would not bring food for me to deliver. How was I supposed to know whether food was going to be correct, or correctly prepared on behalf of customer (have received burnt food at other places, previously). Never required to sign at any other place in over 1.6 years of Uber eats delivery.
I LOVE this place favorite restaurant of all time, they gave me some big patron shots I went for my birthday I try to drag my wife here every chance I get.
We keep coming back hoping for a great experience. Instead we get Luke warm food and a manger, whos name is Dave is definitely not a people person, or he dislikes women. The Regional Manager is just as bad. Adviced me to call when i came in. He did absolutely NOTHING.
Never any complaints.nothing goes wrong when you have garlic butter sauce! The people are always nice, fast, and very efficient
The team at Benihana worked very as with each other to ensure that our party of 24 was not neglected in any way.
The chef's! Wow! We had the chef of the year! Excellent job, the food was great and the entertainment was great.
Would I go again? Definitely! Two thumbs up?
It's a truly nice experience, very nice high quality food, the food is worth the price, and the waitress Viviana and the Chef Manny the gave us a 5 star customer service, good job guys hands down, thank you for your service.
Why are meixcans working at sushi place, they took hours and hours to simple small ORDERS? Same restaurant on southlake, tx is much faster
