I reached out to BFP regarding 2 leaking faucets. I found these guys with a coupon that offered no trip fee and $65 off any repairs. Technician was early and was professional but as he was reviewing the repairs I was hit with all kind of potential charges like special parts trip as well as possible corrosion. I waved that off as just sales jargon. I was then hit with the cost to fix 2 leaky facets. $811.00? ! I immediately did a double take and he reiterated $811.00? I told the technician that was outrageous and promptly ask him to leave. I then went online (thank god for YouTube) and was astounded how easy it was to fix both facets for $59.31.

Worst kind of follow up service. They left the job incomplete and never showed up for completing the work during scheduled follow up appointment the next day. Called in to check ETA and lady on the phone was extremely rude and said that they cannot give any ETA and plumber can arrive at any time during the day. What’s the point in scheduling the appointment then?

They sent out a text when the plumber was on his way, with his picture, so I knew when he would get here. He was on time. He gave me an estimate before he started the work, and he told me about any issues he might run into that could cost more. If there were any issues, he would have told me before he would have proceeded, but thankfully it was exactly what he estimated in the beginning. He showed me how it was supposed to work, and what we were doing wrong that broke it. He was polite and respectful. I will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, if needed.

We had a bad bathroom leak from a poorly installed toilet and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were there in less than 30 minutes to assess and start working right away! Mr Ferguson and the whole crew were so knowledgeable and professional! Thank you all for your work! ’

Everything about this experience was exceptional. From the lady who made the appointment for me over the phone to Andrew who came and resolved my problem almost instantly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely like his work! If I ever need anything again I’d straight up request him. It was comfortable having him in our home and explaining the problem and just seamless from arrival to departure. 10/10 would hire again.

Our plumber Michael was out on time and solved the issue right away. About a month later the sink started backing up slightly again. They came out and fixed the draining issue at no charge. 90 day warranty included in price. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
