PACKED with people, so using COVID as an excuse to force customers to make a purchase every 3 hours is simply wrong. This place is no longer student friendly and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great coffee as well as speciality/custom made house drinks as well. A little tight on table space and it is tightly packed inside during peak hours. Relaxing lighting & 24 hours allow you to enjoy a great cup of Joe regardless if your schedule. Good study location if I might add.

I used to really like studying here but they now require a new WiFi code every 3 hours which you can only get one with a purchase. So not only is my studying interrupted, but I have to go buy another item which is hard on a student budget. Their WiFi is also pretty slow and crashes pretty often. They will also sometimes play music really loud to the point where I could barely hear the people next to me and when I ask them to turn it down a little bit, they don’t. The big pros is that their iced bennu is good and they have plenty of outlets but it still doesn’t make it worth it to study here. I would recommend studying somewhere else if you need internet or need to focus.

The crew is awesome. Coffee is customized to taste. Foods are great. All together the place is warm and welcoming. Great shop to do work away from office or home office.

The worst staff attitude and treatment of regular customers of any establishment In Austin. Great coffee and tacos. New hires would make this a 5 star so quick. I will say as I’ve been 100 times that there is one shift out of like 5 that is nice and def the reason for the good reviews.

I just watched the female staff member yell at a man in front of everyone bc he parked with his tire over the line the handicap (bc their was no where else and had his wife / gf stay in the car to move it). Disgusting behavior every time. I still go cause it’s close hahah

I successfully ordered my steamed cold brew coffee and scone after carefully studying their lengthy instructions at the door. After a few minutes at my table, I see a seat by the window and decide to move so I can read more easily because the lighting in the place is rather dim. I pick up my bag, book, and the rest of my stuff and walk over there. The guy behind the counter gestures towards me to wear my mask by covering his face with his hand as he flails his other arm in the air in frustration. There is no one within 20 ft of me and I've been fully vaccinated against covid. The baristas are both behind plexiglass and I have my hands full as I finish my 10 ft walk to my new table. As I sit down, the other barista prepares to express her dissatisfaction with my behavior. As she begins to speak, I can't help but feel that she enjoys this type of thing. "Sir, you need to wear your mask. You are welcome to take it off when seated but when you stand, I need you to wear it. " I began to mumble to explain that I've been vaccinated but it occured to me that explaining would get me nowhere. I decided to say nothing further.

It got even worse. Their next victim was a man who was placing an order. He pulled his mask down to help the barista understand him. "Sir there is no need for you to pull your mask down. " The barista said sharply behind the plexiglass.

If they didn't do this to people, I might have enjoyed the scone and steamed cold brew more. Its an interesting idea but it also kind of tasted like play-dough. I'm a first-time visitor to Austin so who knows. Maybe this is what people do around here? Maybe these baristas are not aware that a few blocks away there are thousands of people gathering inside and outside at local bars without any masks whatsoever. Maybe they are not aware of the latest covid case counts, CDC guidance, or plummeting death rates. To each their own, it's their business and based on this experience I would prefer to not participate in it. If this type of environment is appealing to you, then have at it. The line will be shorter if people like me stay out.

Great spot if you like covid theater. Order outside (where it’s proven the covid spread is massively reduced) wear a mask and talk through plexiglas and then pick up your drink from an alternate location outside where you also wear a mask and wait for the barista to fully close the door. Also when your outside (not even in line) make sure u wear your mask. 500 cases of covid in a metro area of 2 million ppl. All vulnerably populations have had the ability to get the vaccine. The CDC, the city and the state have encouraged a return to normal life. Not these folks!

I respect a businesses right to their own rules but I’ll buy my coffee from somewhere else.

One of my favorite coffee shops, both in environment and food/drink. Great coffee, and if you're a fan of sweet coffees, they have so many delicious mochas! Their kitchen has good food, and they have a great selection of snacks and pastries from other local businesses. Plus, it's so cozy and comfortable to either sit and relax or get some work done.

Yummy!:) I think COVID has caused some hour changes as the sign says 24 hours and they close at 7pm but you cant blame them for that!

This place is great and their Bennu coffee drink is so tasty. And if the anti-mask crowd is boycotting it, so much the better!

Ridiculous! You have to order outside at a window, which is fine, but while I was standing ALONE outside reading the menu on the wall, an employee cracked the window and told me to put a mask on. I told him I would before I actually approached the window. Then he asked for a tip when I was paying. The order is set on a table next to the door and you're instructed not to approach your order until the door is closed. If they are that terrified of Covid they should probably stay safely in their homes with the doors locked.

Extremely rude barista demanded I put my mask on at a walk up outdoor coffee window. Mind you the state mandate has been lifted the mandate, I’m completely vaccinated, numbers are down and he had on a mask/behind a window. People using COVID as a power trip. And business that hide behind “Keeping our staff safe” isn’t sufficient. He was safe as stated, he was behind a window, and had on a mask. If you are that worried stay closed and don’t be in public. It’s time to move forward.

Went here for a spur of the moment coffee while on a trip. The guy behind the counter saw us walk up, stand there and left the area without saying anything. Waited for a few minutes before leaving. Clearly they didn't want our service.

This a great place for studying or reading or working! It’s open 24 hours, the mocha’s are delicious and so is the food! I’ve spent hours here just working and getting stuff done.

I miss being able to sit here and drink a good cup of coffee. Cozy couches, great wifi, great food and well priced. There is somewhat limited parking in front.

The coffee is legit, service is friendly but now more than ever I'm appreciating that walk up window! It's easier than ever to order online and pick up in a safe way.

Get the gallon of Iced Bennu. It's worth every.single.penny.

Have loved this place for a long time. They have good coffee and a variety of nice food options. And it has always felt like a very open and inclusive environment. They're normally open 24/7, but not sure right now. They do have a place to order outside and another spot for pick up.

An oldie but a goodie. I've come here for years and it's always good. The ice the new coffee, just can't beat it. The banana nut bread, some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. I sell real estate in this area and come here often and have for years.
