I hired Berger to help me move and let me tell you they were amazing! As a single mother with 3 kids the move was extremely stressful but the guys at Berger made my move as seamless as possible. They were prompt, extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me with this move. Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Julie was always very responsive and the team that delivered was fast and careful when bringing furniture in my house.

Julie and Michael are just nothing short of customer service extraordinaire. I’ve used Allied before, but this is the first time I had to coordinate everything myself - we previously used Allied but my company used a 3rd party relocation company.

Michael and Julie were just amazing and with me every step of the way. This made our long distance move so much more enjoyable - from SA Texas about 18 hour drive to Orlando.

I should’ve known this would be the move from hell when the movers showed up at 6: 30 am reeking of marijuana. They arrived with a partially full truck which resulted in all my household goods not fitting on the truck for a cross country move. They showed back up at 8 pm to pack the rest of my items. When they finally delivered my items in Colorado from Texas it took 4 different trips on 4 trucks to deliver a half truck worth of stuff. Not only were several items damaged things were missing. They also showed up with another family’s belongings. Julie was very unprofessional and avoided calls like the plague. The only time she was on top of things was when she wanted payment for undelivered items. Eventually 3+ weeks after my household items were loaded on a truck they arrived, weeks after the promised date. I’m still trying to get compensated for thousands of dollars in damaged items. This doesn’t include the walls and door frames they damaged bringing my belongings into my new house. I wouldn’t refer Berger to my worst enemy. No one should have to deal with this. The only reason they received a 1 star review is because 0 stars was not an option. Please save your money and heartache and go with anyone else. I feel I would’ve been better off paying homeless people to move my stuff. Hands down the worst move by the worst moving company ever!

Berger Allied made the usually hectic experience of moving cross country as pleasant as possible. They were dependable, reliable and professional. My items were treated with care and not damaged. The communication between Mike Cruz, Julie Zavala was outstanding. The delivery driver Marshall and his staff were outstanding also.

Delivered furniture on time with text updates on delivery schedule. Driver parked responsibly and dollied furniture to front door where it was uncrated for my inspection. It all went smoothly. Delivery guys were very professional.
