I enjoyed meeting Dr. Weeks yesterday. She was very knowledge and kind. After my appointment I met with Ty in the optical department and she helped me pick out a pair of glasses. She was also very knowledgeable and kind. They offer a military discount which is great, especially since Tricare doesn’t cover glasses. I had to get trifocals which are more expensive. Definitely my eye doctor and optical department for life!

Cindy, Dr. McCauley, Dr. Miller, and the staff are amazing. They never hesitated to answer all of my questions and address all my concerns. Everyone made me feel at ease and stress-free with my upcoming LASIK procedure. I would absolutely recommend BEC for any need!

The medical staff is wonderful, they are very thorough, take their time with you, and answer all your questions. Give you a great eye exam. I give them 5 Stars.

BUT, the optical department where you purchase your eyeglasses that's a different story. Especially if you get waited on by Ty, she is very rude, has an attitude and makes you want to never come back. Which I won't. However, the other opticians in the store are very polite and professional. So sad with what the cost of glasses is these days, you shouldn't have to worry about if she's going to wait on you. My glasses still are not what I ordered, but I think I will forget about it, because I don't want to have to deal with her.

I have trusted Berkeley Eye Center with my eyes for a number of years, starting with Dr. Hall in Clear Lake and then Drs. McCauley and Weeks after my wife and I moved to Montgomery after retiring. Dr. Hall had diagnosed me having early stages of cataracts so when advised that it was time for cataract surgery it was not unexpected. Drs. McCauley and Weeks and their staff made the whole process comfortable with their professionalism and communications. My experience was absolutely great and would highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center to anyone needing care for their eyes.

Horrible service! I provided all the information about my insurance two weeks before my appointment and I was told that the provider is IN network. When I came there, the receptionist told me that they are OUT OF network and I had to pay $100. Why they did not tell me that before? I got off from work. So, I lost my time and money. I will never go back.

I got two great glasses for price of one. First time to have prescription sunglasses. Very happy

I'm not someone who blogs or write reviews but I had to make the effort for Dr. McCauley and the entire Berkeley Team. The procedure is absolutely PAINLESS! The care team at the Berkeley Surgery Center was so understanding about my apprehension & nervousness. After having my right eye done I have NO hesitation to get my left eye done in two weeks. Thanks Dr. McCauley for your compassion and saying a prayer with me before surgery. You are truly one in a million.

I have been going to the Woodlands Berkeley Eye Center for a while now. I had the implant done first with Dr. McCauley and his team, had fantastic results. I drive from Hempstead, but it is well worth the drive to be able to be in such good hands. I am now able to be fitted with glasses and Christy Vandesteene took care of this. I can’t say enough good things about how well she took care of me during this stage. She was so caring and informative and patient, a great asset to the optical department. The staff was very kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. There was hardly any wait time, and I was a first-time patient. Mr. Miller was great and took the time to answer all of my questions. His assistant, Ashlie, was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend Berkeley Eye Center and Dr. Miller to my friends and family.
