Been going there many years staff is always rude and they never answer the phones I’ve called more than 5 times still no answer and office is open

Horrible service
They make an appointment for you at 3pm to see you at 7pm and you complain and they still get angry
Ahhh and they still send you a letter that they are no longer going to treat you because you complained to look for another doctor. They are ridiculous to laugh at.

Wasted 2 hours! They took someone else in that got there after me, I got up to ask them how many people are ahead of me, they hadn’t even signed me in! They tell me I’m next 10 min pass the receptionist tells me my baby has another doctor just to call and change the provider and that’s not the problem the problem was why didn’t they tell me that when I got there? All because they forgot to sign me

I have been waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen, my baby comes sick

I'm here at the office front desk lady looks in very horrible mood.slams the door on my face and acts very unprofessional. I also can't get a doctor excuse for my son's sickness. They probably think he out at Peter Piper's pizza.well I guess I'll change Dr. I feel sorry for Dr. Berlioz I'm sure he don't know what's going on with the staff in the front. But thanks to the Grinch that was rude I'm out of there. She is my reason to change Doctor.

I like it, my Kids like it. Like any other Pediatric office there is always a lot of patients and it is time consuming and you must be prepared to wait. Dr. Berlioz and his staff are very attentive and will answer any questions you may have!
