Wayne Cohen was a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home. He has great knowledge about every aspect of the home-buying process. He answers questions and issues in a very timely manner. I don’t think we ever had to wait more than 20 minutes for a reply to a text or phone call. He really listened to what we were looking for and guided us quickly into homes we really liked. Once we made an offer, Wayne guided us through the process, making sure we knew what we needed to do every step of the way. His negotiation skills were strong and he represented us well. We will definitely use Wayne again in another real estate transaction.

I was recommended a realtor from Bernstien Realty when I was shopping for a house, and have no idea why someone would recommend her. She was not only unknowlegable she was always in a rush and seemed to advocate for the seller and not for me. She was not interested in helping me to negotiate the best price, almost losing me $15,000 if my father hadn't stepped in and said it was ridiculous to pay what she was suggesting, which was more than the asking price. The seller had not completed negotiated fixes, and at the final inspection, her answer was, "you can fix that yourself. " Of course I can fix it myself, but I shouldn't have to. When I asked several questions she didn't know the answer, and I had to go the the internet to find out the answers. I am exceedingly happy with the house I picked out, but exceedingly disappointed with my experience with my realtor.

Melinda was so great to work with. She listened to our needs and responded to our concerns. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
