Clarence came out and sprayed for roaches both inside and outside. He explained the process well and what the remainder plan will be. First time to use Barrett and the experience was very good.

Adam has been our technician for many years. He does an excellent job, is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Berretts and Adam!

Andrew has been very kind, helpful, and very aware of my yard. I can tell he is very knowledgeable in his field. He has made some recommendations that I have followed, and they have helped very much. Andrew is a very trustworthy employee! I'm glad he has been assigned for my pest control on his route.

I paid for inside and outside of my house to get sprayed. They will not knock on the door and do the inside, they do outside and leave. Talked to someone twice, and the only thing change was them taking a pic outside to show they came, but I have been inside the house when they came and I know I didn't hear a ring or knock at the door to come in. I canceled them and of course you want get any funds back because it's your word against theirs. Please train your workers that people trust the company and give hardworking money to handle our home.

Paid for mosquito treatment for 5 months and NEVER saw a reduction in Mosquitos. Hired Romex and noticed a difference in 3 days and its been 3 weeks now and I have absolutely no mosquitos in my backyard. Not sure if someone is altering the treatment or adding water to it but it did not work for me. Called the office numerous times and they always sent someone out to “retreat” but mosquito problem never got better.

Matt! Came to check out our pest issue. He's knowledgeable- he answered all my questions with great explanations and relatable humor. I had additional concerns, he listened patiently and didn't rush me. He definitely made feel like my pets, family and schedule are important to him/ his company. Very pleased with him.

Disappointed in trying to use their AC service. I called Friday at 6pm & left a message, no reply in the AM. Called at 10: 47am Saturday & was told a tech would be calling me. Called at 1: 03pm and spent 11 minutes on hold and on the phone trying to get service set up, only to be told their AC team was at lunch, and they’d call back asap. At 5pm, called another company and had a tech within the hour.

Do better, Berrett.

<edit> The fact that five days ago the owner said they would contact me shortly, and I have yet to hear from them, proves my point. You have a ticketing system issue on your back-end that is pervasive and problematic. When someone calls or is referred from another team, a ticket should be created that is then tracked to ensure you have resolved the phone call or referral. Ain't happening. Your technicians are amazing, and your customer service staff themselves are a joy to talk to. The hand-off process has hit ground bottom and begun to dig.

I have been having continued issues that the techs do not handle. I have called 4x over the past two weeks asking for a manager to call me and they never do. It’s gone downhill a ton in the past 2 years.

Customer service is amazing! They are dying off slowly or relocating. I wish you could spray the rest of the complex. Honestly, thank you Berrett Home Services.

Rip off service! Paid over $200 and roaches are swarming my home! Rude guy I talked to on the phone and NO refund! Just lost the money! Bad service!

Decided to use Berret pest control over the weekend and I definitely regret using them. This company charged my card for services that they did not provide and refused to refund my money back. I also requested to speak with a supervisor and still no one has called me back. Worse pest control service ever. I would not use them again.
