19I came to Best Buy last week to buy a deep freezer. I was greeted by Amann (Manager). He helped find the freezer in their system and personally went and retrieved it. After purchasing it Amann helped load it into my car. He did all this with a friendly and professional demeanor! Two thumbs up for this manager!
Always a great experience coming to this location.staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I had to return my headphones and they gave me my refund with no problem and I was able to get another pair with no hassle. It was an overall great experience and I will continue to shop at Best buy
Need to update their inventory more often. It's no longer fun browsing through the store. Same stuff all the time.
Bad customer service.went here and bought a laptop I literally had to look for a employee.once I found one he was really nice and I was in & out in 15 mins.need better customer service.
This store was just like Fry's before they shut down. I predicted Fry's falling and I foresee Best buy in a couple of years just as over as Fry's.
I walked into the Store and their is practically no help and their are no good selections as it used to be many years past.they are almost bare bones minimal inventory now.

terrible information service all they are interested in is selling, I insured a phone and after a year I lost it and they never gave me another claim and they told me that that was my problem that I called the Insurance Company which they themselves sell you and activate do not
I got ignored by a manager I was waiting on the line and prefer offer help to the young lady behind me I was going to get 3 chromebook for my girls for school and this make my mind change and by the way I was going to get a washer and dryer also their lost
Worst place to ever shop! Took a day off from work to able to received a delivery only to know I was not supposed to leave home. Next thing they were at my door stop. Constant struggle and fight to reschedule my delivery. Why? Big establish Best Buy. Can't get a next deliver until how much days after. Omg! Waste of time. Waste of my day.

After over a year. Ive had no luck with the geek squad customer service. All i can say is I wish i would have bought my Macbook pro from Apple. Smh $1,500. Think before you invest into second hand vendors!
Excellent service. I stayed in my car trying to get the screen working and was asked, out of courtesy, if I was alright. There's genuine people in there.
This really was an excellent service. Shop online and I had to go pick it up at this location. Service was smooth with excellent courtesy from the sales person. Didn't event spend 5mins, i got my stuff after due verification of my Id.
Great for getting the electronics you need. I haven't had an issue with customer service however, sometimes I wish the set up of the store was more user friendly. Most locations switch things around and that can get frustrating when you're use to knowing where things are.
Keep em alive! Actually I'm impressed by bigger selection of devices on display, easy store pickup, and knowledgeable staff.
At was looking at the samsung phones and this one guy that works in the phone section was the coolest and chillest and being honest about the phones and it made me feel really comfortable soo please give the guy a raise he is just amazing, but over all the store is pretty nice

They have guard at the enteranc behave as ponk with no Respect to the customers he was wearing yellow jacket and when you try to get claims against him they tell you there is no phone number for that kind of claims
I purchased an Xbox game from this location and when I got home the disc was not even an Xbox game. Instead it was replaced by a blank burnt CD. I immediately returned to the store asking to exchange it. Customer Service quickly said this is not Best Buys fault, it's Microsoft and we can't do anything. I had to purchase another game and have them open it in front of me to avoid having to buy it a 3rd time.
Terrible Customer service, Rude staff and the Manager is also very Rude and does not want to help with anything worst customer service I have ever received will never go back to this location might wont even buy stuff from Best buy Going forward even when I told him I was a loyal Customer since 2005 he didn't care nor wanted to help with the issue. Never going back to the store again!
