It was what it was. Still had what i was looking for. If i was the employees there i would of gotten fired. Rude and disrespectful customers all over that place. So i tip my hat to Lady's and Gentlemen that worked Christmas Eve, you did amazingly at doing your jobs. And my wife loves her gift.

I wanted to buy a 50 inch tv and leave, but apparently they didn't take me seriously bc it took longer than an hour for someone to finally stop and help me. I threatened to leave and drive to Allen's best buy and they finally got the tv for me. Hmm wonder what it was?

Always have what I'm looking for in electronics and prices are decent as well as quality of merchandise. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome salesman he explained everything to us about the computer system and let us know about the different types and keep is from buying a computer that wouldn't work for are needs.

I went to the store in Sherman, they were out of stock on the fire tablet. Directed me to McKinney store. A lot of driving, but a tablet purchased.

We have bought several cell phones here. The employees that have helped us have been knowledgeable and did a good job.

We went in look and price. We found such a great deal that we bought the item. Every department I went to I was greeted and reminded that if I needed help to just ask. I don't like how crowded the walk ways are though if there is many people, you bump into others. Checking out is always quick too.

I've been to many Best Buys throughout the state and this is by far the best. Staff are all knowledgeable and always helpful.

No "blue shirt" offered any kind of help to me. Entrance clerk was talking to his 3 co-workers, looks like they had good time together. When I was leaving they did not pay attention at all.

The store is nice and the staff is friendly, would be nice if they were more competitive on the prices. Found what I was looking for but ended up buying it from another store due to a significant price difference.

I went for a new pc and was helped with a salesman that was very helpful and a answered all my questions. I had a list of pc I was interested in and he gave pros and cons of each. I feel like I made the right decision with a Levono all in one.

Take your laptops and computers to someone else. They tried charging my mom $250 to "fix" her laptop. It wasn't broken, it was bogged by startup programs. Fixed it in 5 minutes for free. Call a friend, or family member, or even a local business before you call these corporate baboons.

When I first walked in the store I wasn’t greeted by the guy at the front entrance and I turned around and said excuse me and his response was “Yea” I then made eye contact with him to see if he would apologize for his tone and he didn’t he just proceeded with “ how can I help you? So I asked where could I find the AirPods and he told me they didn’t have the wireless AirPods. So I then asked where are they located? He said in the back by the computers in case that’s locked up where you will not be able to see them. I proceeded to go to the back and I seen another worker and asked if he could get a supervisor to meet me by the computers. I get back by the computers and a gentleman was with a customer and looked at me and let me know he would be right with me. He then took me to the case that had plenty of AirPods. I proceeded to check out and I haven’t used my Best Buy credit card in awhile so he got on the phone to call customer service and then this guy comes up and tells him to scan my Id, and the gentleman that was checking me out said that he didn’t have a notification to do that and the guy said you will. So I asked this mysterious man if he was a supervisor and he said he was the general manager. I informed him that I have asked twice to speak with a supervisor and then you come up here when I’m checking out and tell him to scan my Id like this isn’t my own credit card I’m using and I explained to him how I was treated and he didn’t apologize or anything he just walked off and started talking to the guy that I complained about. So I was asked to get on the phone to speak with customer service to update my address and the lady on the phone heard how I was being treated and she gave me Corparate phone number and she also told me she would file a complaint on my behalf. I shouldn’t have had to scan my Id because I needed to update my address. I will never shop at this Best Buy in Sherman ever again! I needed to go buy something else today but I will go to mckinney before I shop here again! I will write a review everyday until something is done about how I was treated!

I got a phone from them on 7 /13 /18 they told me that they ran a credit check for A@T. And the only one plan I could get was a Verizon plan. So I got the Verizon plan. Still had to pay the Old phone off because it was broken (camera lenses) And I did not have insurance on the Old phone. Here's the kicker I got a new phone paid for the Old phone and had to sign up for a two year contract! I got a wired feeling about the way the Guy that sold me the phone. So I check on line because my credit is very good. And I called A@T and asked Why I was turned down. And they told me there was never run a credit check. That was strike #1. I did not really get mad because I got a phone. (With insurance) But this is what really top it off. I been pay my insurance for all most a year to Date. And I'm a service tech. And I need my phone. So I did do the Geek squad. (2 plan) one year later and I drop something on the screen. It took out the display. And they told me that I would have to take it to a Samsung dealer in a different So I get to the store and they tell me that I been paying insurance on the phone that was broken (old phone) and my new phone never had insurance on it. And that Guy put the wrong phone on the insurance plan. SO WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOUR NOT APOVED. AS TO TALK WITH THAT PERSON ON THE PHONE. THAT #1. AND WHEN THEY PUT INSURANCE ON YOU NEW PHONE MAKE THEM SHOW YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. IF YOUR BUYING SOMETHING MAKE SURE ON WHAT YOUR GETTING! THIS PLACE WAS POOR SERVICE!

It was terrible the customer service was very rude and had no interest in helping me with a very simple task and treated me like I was a very dumb person and I was also on hold for a very long time

Great help from employees. Were greeted at the front door. DVDs and CDs were having a wonderful sale! Also a great sale on flat screwn tv's. We were browsing for flat screens and a great employee gave us all the specs we needed and also recommended a good DVD player and stereo system. For sure coming back!

Best Buy is so helpful and excellent customer service they go out of their way to meet all their customers needs and help them with every little detail I greatly appreciate the Geek Squad for helping me fix my issues with my cell phone as well as my daughter's phone thank you guys
