Best Buy is a sinking ship. They don’t even seem to have the simplest computer parts available in store.

where I went in the store the employees offered assistance. Talked to the guys in the Magnolia section and they were very helpful.
Staff is useless and don't know what they are doing. My husband went in the store for some assistance & they basically sold him something that wasn't even needed and all together wrong. When I went in the store to return the item & get the correct item the staff again attempted to sell me the wrong item.
I would have given a "0" rating had I been allowed.
Unfortunately the first best buy i went to in league city didn't have what the system said was in stock and the employee was less than pleasant so I drove to Baybrook and the gentleman who assisted me was extremely kind and helpful
I bought a Netgear modem from this store 3 weeks ago. The modem did not work when installed, and this was verified by an Xfinity tech who came out to the house. So I tried to bring it back to the store to switch it out with a different one. They refused the exchange because I did not keep a receipt and do not have a registered account with best buy. Now I'm stuck with a $150 modem that does not work. Avoid this store, they do not stand behind the products they sell.
Always out of anything you are looking for. STAY HOME and order on Amazon. Save the time and gas.
Aren't capable of answering their own phone so it goes to a call center. I have been waiting a total of over 40 minutes now since, Margaret at the call center hung up on me, just to find out when a Samsung tech will be at the store to look at my watch.
I went in to purchase a specific tv, while browsing a csa offered assistance, and I told him what I was looking for. He retrieved it from the back, rang me up without delay or trying to push any agenda, and then helped me load it into my car. Great experience.
No one helped me. Tried to buy Xbox elite controller with warranty but my payment was not accepted without id. Ill just buy online somewhere else. I bought all my tv's and soundbar here too.
The guy where tablets sold.unfortunately didn't know what he was talking about. Guy in TVs know his stuff. No help from anybody in kitchen appliances. Not impressed
