Nobody was willing to help me. Too many rules. I simply wanted to pay in advance for SD cards. They were about 60.00. Then I wanted to send a messenger to pick them up for me as I was in the middle of a television production. The firm refused said it can’t be done. Nonsense. No wonder Amazon is prevailing.

My name is Patricia, I made the purchase of a laptop in addition to obtaining a Credit card, Joann assisted me, she is incredible, she made the purchase process super fast, in addition to how kind and helpful she is, a very competent salesperson I will definitely make more purchases there, excellent person, I recommend the store 100% and the saleswoman Joann 1000%. If you want the purchasing process to be quick, pleasant and efficient, without a doubt she is the right person to assist you, I am more than happy

Staff misleads customers about warranties on electronics, third Xbox I've bought that doesn't turn on and no sense of accountability from the store for not giving the correct warranty pricing information. I was told the warranty was $300 vs the actual price of $70. Horrible experience. First and last visit to this location.

Purchased a couple of items from here and Only a few have knowledge of what they are actually selling others don’t even have a slightest idea. One of the representatives was trying to push me to take the membership more than twice even though I didn’t wanted it and the other day I ordered few items to deliver them to my house directly and even after telling them my apartment number they didn’t put it up there and now my package is wandering all city with ups. Called to the customer service and resolved it on my own.

I went to this location with so many questions about which phone to get and Mark was there as a Samsung expert and a Samsung phone guru for this store. I was truly amazed at how genuinely he was interested in helping. He was also very patient, and honest, and answered all of my questions. All I can say is "Wow! " I feel like every employee should aspire to this level of service. Best Buy is truly lucky to have an amazing staff member as him.

I was looking for a very specific type of camera and they let me know fairly quickly that they didn’t carry the item. Thank y’all for being upfront and saving me time. I appreciate the employee’s friendly and professional candor.

The number does not go to this location. So when you call to verify that something is physically at the store, they do not actually check. Just wasted and hour round trip coming here from downtown.

Definitely something wrong with the inventory management. Don't trust the system when it says something is in stock. I had to walk 3 miles in the afternoon heat just to find out what I was looking for is not in stock and has to be ordered for me. Thanks for wasting my time Best Buy!

I placed a pick up order on Tuesday and it was supposed to be picked up dame day. I called and they informed me it wasn't ready until tomorrow. Wednesday came and i waited until 245pm to drive to the store because I still had not received an email, when I arrived I was told it's still not ready (when I ordered online it said ready in 1hr so I was confused at how it's been nearly 8 business hours and it's still not ready. The rep then canceled my order, brought my item to the counter and told me I can pay full price in store. The item was ordered by a family member for a child's birthday so I did not come with money to purchase, just to pick up. Now my order was canceled and I could not pick up the item, the manager Diego came out and said he apologized for the rep canceling my order without asking but there's alot of fraud with online orders and blah blah blah, it felt like he thought I was a fraud case. Also seemed that they wanted credit for an in store purchase instead of online (probably a quota thing). Overall horrible experience, terrible management of the situation and no accountability from the staff. Will NEVER use this location again.

Found some surprisingly inexpensive wired headphones today. My brother got tired of me using his, so I went to Best Buy thinking I was going to chuck out $60 or more for some decent headphones. I ended up finding 1 for $19 and they work as expected. I prefer wired l, and I'm glad those are still an option for us who like it the old ways

These five stars are for Pedro (Intel worker), a passionate guy for his job educated, with an interest in science and knowledge of technology. My wife (Paola) and I were looking for a laptop whit certain specs and he helped us find the right one. I'm amazed by this human being with such intelligence and passion. This is what companies should be focusing on, educating people to give a good service but with knowledge and without affecting the client, a win-win for everyone, not to mention that this is the type of person that you need as a problem solver and that companies should promote.
