The BestBuy in Killeen is where you want to go. Prices are what they are but customer service was the best. That operation works for you. Manager very easy to talk to. Delivery people help you well above what you would expect. Next purchase will be there. Believe

I've been a customer since I was still living in NY. I will always be a BestBuy customer. Customer service is always top notch, sales associates are very knowledgeable, and the Geek Squad team is amazing! My 7 year old pc (custom build) was slowly dying. It needed some upgrades. Parts were hard to find, bought them online in a couple different places and brought it in to Geek Squad to put them in. My PC ("problem child") decided to be difficult but thanks to Sharon, Karla, Angel, Nate, Gene and anyone else who helped work on it to get it running. Amazing people. Service was great and my PC now runs better than it did when it was first given to me. I can't thank you al enough. My #1 store for all things electronic.

Ray in computers was really helpful. He was a pleasant person to deal with. For some reason there’s never anyone in tvs. I feel like they’re understaffed.

They have all the electronic gadgets you can want. The prices are not bad. Some of the employees could be a bit friendlier.

Worked with a young lady named Kaydance in the phone department. I had a very serious issue that my cellphone provider was causing me. Kaydance sat there for over three hours with me to make sure everything I needed and wanted was taken care of. She was the sweetest and most patient even though it was a very frustrating situation. She even made sure my kids were taken care of and entertained. I will continue to go to this storejust for her.

Fast and quality service! I ordered a 49" TV online for in-store pickup and it took me less than 5 minutes to receive my order from the store!

Good customer service, yet they cant seem to keep things in stock, as I have visited three times now for the same thing, so I will be buying elsewhere.

Best place in the area to buy electronics. Knowledgeable staff, organized product, and a friendly atmosphere lend to a positive shopping experience. They also have public restrooms that are usually clean. Definitely recommend.

Since the job cuts this place had been understaffed and costumer service is terrible. A customer shouldn't walk in and stand in not be assisted for any period of time because online shopping is cheaper anyways people so you just discourage old school people who like to physically look at item before purchase just buy online somewhere else and take a chance on it being right /wrong? So who Cares

Great service as always. Even though they did not have what I was looking for in stock. Front door attendant helped us by telling us when the next stock delivery would be in so we could try again.

We stopped in to look at radios for my Jeep. We found what we needed, looked at several radios and picked out the one that we thought would fit. Then of course we had to walk around the store to find help. There was nobody in sight. Not even at the other stations close by. There was even a couple of other people trying to find help.

Service is hit or miss. Had a young lady give my wife the cold shoulder and wouldnt look up from her cell phone, too busy texting.

Went to Best Buy a few weeks ago and witnessed a gentleman having an issue returning a TV that he had purchased few hours before. As I was standing behind the customer I could clearly hear the conversation between the customer and the Best Buy employee. The customer stated that when he got the TV home it didnt work, his wife then found and purchased another TV elsewhere so he wanted to return the TV receive a full refund. Best Buy didn't want to give him a refund because he had not purchased the Best Buy protection plan. This was not stated on his receipt nor was it stated anywhere by the cash registers or the customer service desk. Best Buy was willing to to an exchange but not a refund. This incident definitely put a sour taste in my mouth about their return policy. Most products come with some type of warranty to protect consumers from issues like this. You shouldn't have to pay for an extended warranty just in case you get it home and it doesn't work and you should be able to change your mind about a purchase within a reasonable amount of time. This man only had it for 2 hours. I just did not care for how the situation was being handled.

I went here trying to find a deal on open boxes. They had some lesser quality ones that were just as expensive as newer higher quality ones. The staff was somewhat helpful but the prices were definitely too high for what they were selling.

The lady that helped us was awesome. She was super helpful, even when other associates were not willing to go the extra mile she was. Happy with our new phone and computer power cord.

Great place to buy anything and fix your house. Always seasonal. People ready to help. Cashier's are friendly. Prices are reasonable. I love to stroll to paints and see if there are paints returned so I can paint in the summer.

I am glad one staff member took the time to explain to me why I should not get one item that was very expensive because in reality it won't be as useful as I thought.
