Best Buy, Houston TX

Came for a Home Theater system but was told the store on Friendswood has better selection. Other than that its a good store

Needed a freezer, only location in my area that had one in stock and within my budget for a temp freezer. Ordered online easy pickup no hassle and quick.

As long as they require a muzzle, they won’t get my money.

This location will not honor the price match guarantee. I have tried 2 different items at separate times and they came up with excuses each time. Left this location and went to baytown and they price matched no problem.

The shelves were bare and needed to be restocked. I'm sure it had a lot to do with it being gift giving season

This particular store was almost empty in comparison to other Best buy stores, I visited.
Even less commute was there, probably reason was Corona, people are not interested in investing in technical stuff, currently

With the neighborhood being as sketchy as it is, the staff at this best buy is pretty amazing. Usually the staff at any best buy is pressuring to say the least, but here, you can actually just look around without being approached 1000 times lol.happy shopping Houston!

Worst service due to lack of product knowledge, misread and misunderstanding their own electronic system and last their lack of attending one customer at a time is TERRIBLE! All staff including managers must be re-evaluated.

I wish I could give this place a 0/5. I asked one of the employees in computers at 9: 10pm today for headphone jacks and he asked if I wanted to buy a dab pen, and told me walk out to his car and he would set me up.

So, if you wanna buy drugs this is the place to go, but not headphone jacks apparently.

Dear sir/madam

I have purchased a new JBL charge 4 model speaker on 29th September 2019 in best buy #1768 6006 E SAM houston pkwy north shop in houston. On the same day itself,it stopped working. When I switched on,it goes off automatically. I couldn't  hear any sound from this product. I have attached here with serial number.

I am in working in ship. My ship will comeback to houston after 60 days. kindly register this issue as a complaint. And kindly advice regarding replacement of this product.

This location is always well stocked. The staff are helpful too. The electronics can be expensive depending on what you're buying. They have game consoles, games, movies, headphones, ear buds, laptops and printers even ink.

My go to spot for electronics. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it's sometimes hard to find someone who can help you. Although, when you do find someone, they are very helpful.

Customer service is really bad, I think they need to improve that. I ordered online went there to pick up my item, no one was behind the counter, I waited for 5minutes and suddenly a guy walked out to the counter but before offered me help, he decided to have a little chat with another customer. Once he finished his chatting then he offered me help.

Good service and friendly staff, they know their stuff! Would totally recommend to friends n family

Staff was very helpful more than once explained everything is detail about the difference in the Samsung watch and the Fitbit watch the following week after I went back and my wife bought me the watch for my birthday. I always go to best buy to buy my electronics there always great and I usually get the extended warranty and there always great about taking care of my needs.

Imbeciles working here they're hiring Ex football players cause they're some big! I mean HUGE BLACK guys working there and THEY"RE not having it. WHEN I asked the blue shirt guy sitting there where is all the Klipsch speakers AT? He just turned his head and ignored me. JUST avoid this STORE AT ALL COST they're ridiculous when you try to take in your computer for tune up. THEY"RE USELESS people don't come to this STORE!

I like that best buy is one of the few places where they great you at the door as you arrive and leave.

Really love this best buy it's not to far from where I live and the convenience of having a tech store nearby has made me happy for some long, I always come in here to make big purchases weather that's a new microwave or maybe a new lens for my camera, well their rewards system always makes me want to get the points here, and they price match so its always a nice experience shopping here.
