There's hardly anything in the store! No one asked if they could help us. Companies want more money and offer less.
I usually shop at this location for my computer needs. I am frequently in need of services or upgrades. Today I was looking for a AA and AAA battery charger. The website said there was one available. Dezi assisted me with the general area to search. When I was unsuccessful he pulled the item up and looked in two different areas. Upon finding it he also offered to checked me out at his station. Very cordial and professional. I also received a $5 gift card. Great shopping experience
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BEST BUY! My card was charged $139 for an Apple Pencil that I did not receive. They told me the transaction didn’t go through when clearly my phone and my bank account showed the transaction went through. They are obviously blatantly stealing from people and it’s a shame. I should have ordered the product from Amazon for $89! I hope Amazon puts them all out of business.
Not a single staff member acknowleged that we were there or offered any help. We left and made our purchase elsewhere. Store was clean and easy to move around in. Everything was displayed well.
Once my purchase was made their concern was over. Willis with customer service even hung on me when I asked for a manager. Their after purchase care was shuffled to UPS though I did not make my purchase with UPS. The poor service from Best Buy will send me to Conn’s for my future electronic purchases. I have had my delivery date moved 3 times while waiting on them to show at my home and Best But acts like its not their concern.
Had the worst experience. Purchased an ultra 23+ and was told it would be delivered on 5/29. Phone didn't arrive, called customer service, and was told the refund would be in store. Went to the store, the manager told me he is not able give a refund. Called customer service and told that they would have to obtain approval for refund and to expect an email in 24hrs. They play delay tactics to get customers to give in. It is manipulation. You can't manipulate people to accept your service. Be beware. Do not purchase anything online from Best Buy unless you are to wait and go through the run and around.
I placed an order on 05/24/23 for a washier and dryer; I was I formed that the washier and dryer wouldn't be delivered until 07/05/23. When I called to get an update on the status of my order, I was informed that it was in "reschedule status, " and no one knew when I would receive my order yet. I have already paid for this order. This is a very bad business, and I would not recommend purchasing any items here.
Great place to find electronics at good prices, they always have deals going on. Customer service is really good.
Great service at T-Mobile counter, had the phones we needed -activated and got cases/screens put on my tech guy. Faster than going to T-Mobile store
I do not enjoy shopping inside, the employees aren't openly inviting to assist.
If store employees spent half the effort they use to watch, communicate, and, prevent theft towards consumer relations, my experience within would be more enjoyable.
I got good headphones but the extra 4.month Amazon unlimited free is not free and I can get something that they was supposed to give me
Horrible service. Manager stared me down and eagled eyed me the entire time I was in the store, but never came to or got anyone to help me. No employees ever came to the audio dept, even after asking several times. The radio I bought from the store, keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection from my phone and there's a 2 month wait to get it checked out. Horrible
I purchased a $2,500 computer for my grandson online and within 24 hrs was told that my purchase was cancelled due to my bank. My grandson goes in person to the Cedar Hill location to rectify this issue and was told that he should go to Best Buy customer service online to fix it or purchase the computer himself. He decided to purchase the computer himself; and later that day, the order was cancelled once again. Ole dearies, if you don't want our money, we will patron some other business.
So went to get a monitor for my laptop, was in the computer area for 10 minutes, everyone who worked walked on by while I clearly needed help. So since no one wanted to help I went to the manager Nate, at least he said he was the manager, and asked for help, he instructed me he couldn't leave where he was standing. Which he was in the front doing nothing i explained to him ive been the store for 20 minutes knowing what i wanted, but nobody wanted to just get the product down, he brushed me off so I decided to take my business else where, wasted drive and trash customer service
