The experience today when purchasing a car from DFW Auto and Services was very professional and the process didn't take long at all. The salesman and sales manager were very helpful, professional and courteous. I will be making recommendations to family and friends if they seek buying a car.

I drove from Minnesota to look at a car. It was as described on the website. I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped. It arrived promptly and all of the paperwork was in order. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This place is top notch. They followed through on everything they promised. Prices are extremely competitive. Moe even went the extra mile, literally, and gave me a ride back to the dealership to finalize the sale. The sales transaction was quick and easy. Nice guys here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. If you are an online buyer like myself looking for great deals from another city or state do not rely on this dealership having great cars. Their car detailing and pictures come out immaculate but it’s a different story with the mechanical parts. The day after my car was delivered I noticed it had a big oil leak. While I do know it was a used car and as is I was relying on the great reviews and information of this dealership to have actually inspected the car thoroughly. I contacted them right away and Mo asked how I knew it was leaking oil. So I took it in for an diagnostic to give him the appropriate response and proof. Not only does it have a big oil leak but it also has a gas leak! To get all the work done the estimate is close to 5k. I emailed proof and Mo has stopped responding to my emails. I am beyond disappointed in this dealership. If they can’t catch a major oil leak or knew about it and sold it anyways they don’t deserve any business.

We bought a beautiful Infiniti QX80 from the guys at Best Buy Auto! Very good price! The car was immaculate! Their customer service was great! We will definitely start our next car search at Best Buy Auto in Arlington, Tx!

Bought after seeing vehicle online. I was al.ost 1800 miles away and Mo took the time to answer all of the many questions I had regarding the vehicle. Had an employee pick ne up at DFW and after arriving at dealership, I was on my way back to California in less then an hour. Vehicle exactly as presented and zero issues on the drive back.
