Best Day Ever Ranch, Whitewright TX

My daughter took pictures for The Shaw’s wedding and I was blessed to attend. This Venue is impeccable! What a hidden gem, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Gorgeous place and I would personally rate it higher than a 5!

I had an incredible experience working with BDER to plan the event I had there. I took a group of fifty college students from Fort Worth, TX for a weekend retreat and BDER was exactly what we needed. The property is beautiful, can fit large groups without compromising comfort, and Kristi is just a delight to work with and a huge help when planning something here.

We rented out the Green House, 10+ cabins/tiny homes, and the Event Barn. Our students had a great time enjoying the property, the sunsets, the pool and outdoor grill, and everything else BDER has to offer.

We hope to come back for this annual retreat every year!

If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place. The property is beautiful. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and their time fishing. We enjoyed our time with the grandkids and after taking them home we decided to stay a few extra days. The cabin was cozy and decorated cute nestled in the woods with hiking, biking trails. The outdoor showers were a nice touch as well, my grandson couldn't wait to try it out. We rented a golf cart to drive to the lake and up to the community area each day. The owner was very nice and friendly answered our questions and accommodated us. It was truly relaxing. We will definitely be back!

We are having such a fun and relaxing time at Best Day Ever Ranch! The cabins and the entire place are beautiful and so peaceful! Great place for weddings, holidays, and family get togethers. The owners are super chill and friendly! So happy we found this place!

We love The Best Day Ever Ranch! It has now become a family tradition to book a weekend over 4th of July for the grown kids. There is a bon fire with wood provided. An awesome pool that accommodates all ages, it also has Bluetooth surround sound so you can listen to some music while you swim. Dry off to use their 5 burner gas grill to make lunch or dinner. Eat then head off to hike one of their many trails or pop on down to the lake to go paddle boarding or drop a line in and see what you catch. Don't forget to stop by and give the goats some love too. Best day ever at the Best Day Ever Ranch!

Such a cool place to have had the pleasure of staying at. They had so many things to do, from swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, riding around on a golf cart, or just able to enjoy the peacefulness of nature. The cabins are so cute and nice. Plus the outdoor showers are awesome! We will absolutely be back and definitely highly recommend this wonderful place.

My family has stayed here two summers in a row, and it’s become our new favorite place. The owners are accommodating and friendly. They have a lake for fishing, cozy cabins, and a pool with an outdoor kitchen open to guests. I highly recommend staying here.

Rented one of their cabins for 4th of July and had a blast! We hiked their 6 mi trail with our two dogs (3 mi each day), has fun at Dream Lake paddle boarding and letting one of our dogs try to catch some fish. The cabin was great, no TV but good wifi, it was awesome disconnecting for a weekend! We grilled for dinner and the rest was pre made food that could be microwaved. Enjoyed time sitting out in the porch just listening to music. Definitely will be back and 10/1 recommend for a weekend getaway. Oh and the outdoor shower was a dream!

Updating my review with summer 2022 photos. They've installed a nice pool with covered patio and added a chapel, several cabins, and new golf carts. The golf carts are a GREAT TOUCH for tooling around the place, and the larger cabins are super nice! The lake offers fishing, paddle boards, canoeing; there are hiking and biking trails but BYO bike. While it's built for large receptions, they welcome weekend getaways. No restaurants for miles so bring a stocked cooler.

We just had our wedding here and it literally was the best day ever! From day one we loved the ranch as it is a hidden gem! We are very thankful for having such amazing host! Kristi answered all our questions and helped us in any way she could. The owner and his girlfriend were very kind as well! All of our guests loved BDER and we would definitely recommend! The cabins are amazing and we will definitely be back soon!

Great place for weedings and more, I have always love the environment, this place is amazing, plus it has cabins ofc u got to rent that too if u want to stay another day in there, BUT, is definitely worth it.

Such a cool place to have a weekend getaway! Hiking/biking trails, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, riding around on a golf cart. And the cabins are so cute and nice. Plus the outdoor showers are the most amazing thing ever. It was like standing under a waterfall and now I need one. Desperately.
They're 2 ranch dogs that wander free there are the best dogs ever, Tiva spent the entire weekend hanging out with my family and we already miss her. We will absolutely be back.

Stunning landscape! Adorable cabins. Super peaceful and relaxing. Had a wonderful romantic weekend with my love. The hosts are extremely kind and give you a lot of privacy.

We had my daughters wedding there. It was perfect. Its secluded and private but lots of room and trees to enjoy. The cabins for the wedding party were very cute and gave you the feel of camping. We had the venue the whole weekend. I couldn't think of a better place to have held the wedding. The staff was awesome!

F you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be, also the staff was great, Manager was wonderful, she made my husband and me feel as though we were at a nice resort, she was very friendly and attentive making sure we had clean towels and sheets. When we walked into our place it was clean and smelled fresh. She also informed us of golf carts and other activities around. This was some "Best Day Ever Ranch"we had. Thanks, Miss you guys.

I wanted a nearby cabin getaway so that I could have quiet time for myself. This place was perfect for that. No wifi, no tv. Nice walking around and taking in nature. The cabin I rented was next to their event center, but all was quiet while I wasd there.
Queen bed ownstairs and king bed in loft. Air conditioner. Small fridge, microwave and small table with 2 chairs. Front and back porch. Indoor bathroom plus an outside shower too. I can't remember the last time I slept so well. They provided a golf cart too, but I enjoyed walking even more. The rec room building has coffee in the morning.
