Bulky, way too much acrylic, the arches in my polish are completely uneven & crooked. They painted my nails once so they’re a bit transparent. My pedicure was good but my nails weren’t. I also left with polish on my fingers.

I have been going here for years. I have always had a good experience until the last 2 visits. This previous visit the customer service was bad they were very rude and the owner was rude, I let it slide bc everyone has A bad day right!? This last visit was even worse the owner griped at me and other customers about what we were asking for, the girls working were so rude to their clients some of the things I heard them say were so unprofessional. This place has gone down bad. No wonder all the people I sent here stopped going. We are currently looking for a new nail salon. I do have a few I've heard good things about.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful! Sarah gave the best pedicure I’ve ever had, the lady that did my nails was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for.

I only do pedis and for what you get the prices are really comparable to anywhere in town. The $55 options come with rocks and the wax so it’s a really good price. And they have given the best message I’ve ever had at one. My partner does get manicures here too and they are almost always good and when she has had problems they are always willing to fix it. Owners are too sweet and so is most of the staff.

The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet, if it weren’t for her and our conversation the entire experience would’ve been a dud. Not only did Nick upsale me, he left a lot of space between my cuticle and the acrylic nails I never wanted in the first place. I walked in and specifically asked for dip and shellac colors that matched, Ashley pointed me in the direction and I chose a color. After I had my pedicure he asked me what color I wanted, the girl reminded him I wanted dip and even brought it to my table, and he said I’m going to do acrylic it’ll be easier for you to take off…never once saying, oh and by the way it’s $30 more expensive. I just assumed he wasn’t good with dip since he was so insistent on the acrylic. It wasn’t until I paid that I realized why. This is one place you unfortunately have to ask for the paint to reach your cuticles, on your feet and hands. It was my first and last time.

Best nail and spa…more like WORST nail and spa.made a reservation at 10 for a party of 6.i waited for two hours before getting anything done.took to long and wasn’t able to get my nails done.just got a simple pedicure that looked like i did them myself for 35 dollars.rushed on the nails of my family.the more people that walked in, the worse it looked because they rushed.complete waste of money and time.

Absolutely love and highly recommend this salon! Their entire team is always so welcoming & talented. Every set I’ve gotten has been consistently perfect (especially the sets with detailed nail art!) & the pedicures are always great too!

This is my go to nail salon! I’ve tried salons all over Lubbock and no one else has done as well as they have. All the staff are super sweet and welcoming. I’ve had many different shapes and styles of acrylic nails and they always look great!

CHOP SHOP. They have like 20 colors that’s it. Not relaxing at all. Chairs were broken. I paid for a deluxe and they spent like 30 min max on me. Also I had two different people switching to do my toes.

I use to love going to Best Nails but I’m not sure if management has changed within the last year but the past three times I’ve gone in, they’ve turned me & my guest away. One time I walked in with my boyfriend and there was one person there and they stated they didn’t have time to do two pedicures. Today I drove five hours to visit family & decided to take my little sister for a pedicure, & wasn’t surprised when they turned us away, I give up.

Let me start by saying, this is always my go to salon. The ladies have always been so kind and nice. And they were today as well, except for one.

I took my 3 nieces to get their first “manicure” today and they got their nails painted. For them, it was a little nerve racking. They were soooooo excited while trying to not be antsy because they did not know what to expect. The salon was quite busy this evening and the girls and I waited for a while. Which made them even more anxious to get their nails done. The shy and quiet one WOULD get the lady that had the most awful attitude.

I felt so bad for my niece (6 years old). The lady got the table ready and was giving very ugly looks. When she was done painting my nieces nails, she didn’t even say ANYTHING. She walked off and disappeared. Well, I asked my niece if she said she was done… her response was no that she just left. (I was standing right there and wanted to double check just to make sure I wasn’t over reacting and just reading her wrong)

She left my niece sitting there with her hands still stretched out and unsure of what to do next. If I’m being honest, I didn’t even gather the clues to know if she was truly done or not. THEN, she had to come back. My niece messed up one nail because we didn’t know if it was time for her to get up or not. One of the other ladies, very kindly, noticed and went to the back to get the unprofessional lady. With the same bad attitude, came back *sighed* and fixed it very unpleasantly.

We left (the other 2 girls happy and with great experience), but Logan dropped her head and I could tell her pride was just destroyed. NEVER will I personally go back. That one lady must’ve had a bad day, but come on. The girls waited so patiently. They were well mannered and knew that we waited so long because the ladies work so hard to make nails pretty. Treat children better!

Made an appointment with Ashley! I saw a set she did on Instagram and told her I wanted it the exact same way she did them in the picture. She did am amazing job! Looked just the same and she did them quick! I swear it was under an hour! She got the nail length how I wanted and the nail art was on point! Prices are very reasonable as well! Definitely recommend!

Decided to get Halloween style nails for the first time and I have to say I am truly impressed. I showed Annie a few ideas I had and she took it from there. She was quick and efficient with her work and they came out great! She is truly talented!
